اختتم المنتخب السعودي الأول لكرة اليد، معسكره الخارجي الذي أقيم في تركيا، ضمن المرحلة الخامسة من برنامجه الإعدادي المكثف لخوض غمار البطولة الآسيوية الـ (22)، والمقرر انطلاقها في دولة الكويت خلال شهر يناير الجاري.

وخاض أخضر اليد مواجهتين دوليتين وديتين أمام المنتخب التركي انتصر في الأولى وخسر في الثانية، إذ هدفت إلى رفع مستوى الجاهزية الفنية والبدنية، وتعزيز الانسجام بين اللاعبين، ضمن خطة الإعداد التدريجي للوصول إلى أعلى درجات الجاهزية قبل انطلاق المنافسات الرسمية.

ومن المقرر أن تنطلق المرحلة السادسة من البرنامج الإعدادي بعد غدٍ الخميس، وتستمر حتى (13) يناير 2026، حيث تتخللها مواجهتان وديتان في يومي (10) و (11) يناير، للوقوف على الجاهزية النهائية قبل التوجه إلى الكويت لخوض غمار البطولة الآسيوية.

وكان البرنامج الإعدادي قد مر بعدة مراحل سابقة، إذ انطلقت المرحلة الأولى بمعسكر داخلي أُقيم في المنطقة الشرقية خلال الفترة من 8 إلى (13) ديسمبر 2025، وركز على الإعداد البدني وتهيئة اللاعبين، أعقبها المرحلة الثانية التي شهدت خوض مواجهتين وديتين أمام المنتخب القطري في الدوحة خلال الفترة من (14) إلى (18) ديسمبر 2025، بهدف رفع النسق التنافسي.

وفي المرحلة الثالثة، أقام الأخضر معسكرًا داخليًّا في المنطقة الشرقية خلال الفترة من (20) إلى (24) ديسمبر 2025، خُصص لتعزيز الجوانب الفنية ورفع مستوى الانسجام بين اللاعبين، قبل الانتقال إلى المرحلة الرابعة التي أُقيمت في جورجيا خلال الفترة من (25) إلى (31) ديسمبر 2025، التي شهدت خوض مباراتين وديتين أمام منتخب جورجيا، أسهمتا في تقييم مستوى الفريق قبل المرحلة الختامية.

ويأتي هذا البرنامج الإعدادي المتكامل ضمن خطة شاملة تهدف إلى تجهيز أخضر اليد بالشكل الأمثل، لتحقيق مشاركة مميزة ونتائج إيجابية في الاستحقاق الآسيوي القادم.

The Saudi national handball team has concluded its external camp held in Turkey, as part of the fifth phase of its intensive preparation program for the 22nd Asian Championship, which is scheduled to take place in Kuwait this January.

The Green Handball team played two international friendly matches against the Turkish team, winning the first and losing the second. These matches aimed to enhance the technical and physical readiness and to strengthen the harmony among the players, as part of the gradual preparation plan to reach the highest levels of readiness before the official competitions begin.

The sixth phase of the preparation program is set to start this Thursday and will continue until January 13, 2026, during which two friendly matches will take place on January 10 and 11, to assess the final readiness before heading to Kuwait for the Asian Championship.

The preparation program has gone through several previous phases, starting with the first phase, which included an internal camp held in the Eastern Province from December 8 to 13, 2025, focusing on physical preparation and player conditioning. This was followed by the second phase, which involved two friendly matches against the Qatari team in Doha from December 14 to 18, 2025, aimed at raising the competitive level.

In the third phase, the Green team held an internal camp in the Eastern Province from December 20 to 24, 2025, dedicated to enhancing technical aspects and increasing player harmony, before moving on to the fourth phase, which took place in Georgia from December 25 to 31, 2025, where two friendly matches were played against the Georgian team, contributing to the evaluation of the team's level before the final phase.

This comprehensive preparation program is part of an overall plan aimed at optimally preparing the Green Handball team to achieve a distinguished participation and positive results in the upcoming Asian championship.
