ونشرت الشعيبي صورة خاصة مصحوبة بتعليق جاء فيه: «لو الواحد يأخذ اللي عنده ويروح شاهد، كان ما طلع الكناري من القفص، لكن الواحد يفكر بالعيال أول شيء، بس خلينا ساكتين».
وارتبط التعليق بالخلافات السابقة بين هيا الشعيبي وإلهام الفضالة، إذ ربط عدد من المتابعين بين صياغة الشعيبي وكواليس أزمة الفضالة الأخيرة.
تباين الآراء

ورغم الانقسام اتفق الجميع على أن تعليق هيا الشعيبي مرتبط بشكل مباشر بالقضية القانونية الخاصة بإلهام الفضالة، خصوصاً بعد أن قضت محكمة الجنايات ببراءة الفضالة من تهمة نشر أخبار كاذبة، عقب ثبوت عدم كفاية الأدلة للإدانة.
براءة الفضالة
وقضت محكمة الجنايات في الكويت ببراءة الفنانة إلهام الفضالة من تهمة نشر أخبار كاذبة في قضية وصفت بأنها تمس بأمن الدولة، وذلك بعد سلسلة من التحقيقات والمرافعات القانونية.
وواجهت المحكمة الفضالة بمقطع فيديو منسوب إليها، لكنها نفت التهمة بشكل كامل، مؤكدة عدم نشر أي محتوى مضلل أو يضر بالأمن الوطني.
وأكدت المحكمة بعد دراسة الأدلة أن الاتهام لم يثبت، ما أدى إلى إصدار حكم البراءة النهائي.

The court confronted Al-Fadala with a video clip attributed to her, but she completely denied the charge, asserting that she did not publish any misleading content or anything harmful to national security.
The court confirmed after reviewing the evidence that the accusation was not proven, leading to the issuance of a final acquittal judgment.
