حققت السعودية المرتبة الثانية عالميًا والأولى عربيًا بين الدول المانحة في تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية والإغاثية للعام 2025، وفق منصة التتبع المالي التابعة للأمم المتحدة (FTS)، وحصلت المملكة على المرتبة الأولى للدول المانحة للمساعدات الإنسانية المقدمة للجمهورية اليمنية بما يعادل (49.3%) من إجمالي المساعدات المقدمة لليمن، فيما حلت في المرتبة الثانية للدول المانحة للمساعدات المقدمة للجمهورية العربية السورية، وحققت المرتبة الثانية في تقديم المساعدات الإنمائية حسب التقرير الصادر حديثًا لعام 2024، للدول المانحة غير الأعضاء وعددها 16 دولة، والمرتبة العاشرة بين الدول المانحة الأعضاء وغير الأعضاء وعددها (48) دولة في تقديم المساعدات الإنمائية كحجم المساعدات.

وأكَّد المستشار بالديوان الملكي المشرف العام على مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية الدكتور عبدالله الربيعة، أن تصدر المملكة للمشهد الإنساني عالميًا جاء نتيجة للدعم غير المحدود الذي يلقاه العمل الإنساني والإغاثي من القيادة ويعكس قيم البذل والإحسان التي جبلت عليها المملكة وشعبها، مشيرًا إلى أن هذا الإنجاز يأتي ترجمة لتاريخ المملكة الناصع بالعطاء، وحرصها على مدّ يد العون لكل الشعوب والدول المحتاجة في العالم، واضعة نصب عينيها حياة الإنسان وكرامته.

وأبان الربيعة، أن هذه الأرقام وُثقت أولًا بأول في المنصات الدولية من خلال «منصة المساعدات السعودية» التي تعد أضخم منصة مساعدات في المنطقة، ليسهم هذا النهج المؤسسي المدعوم بالرؤية الثاقبة لخادم الحرمين الشريفين، ومتابعة ولي العهد وبالتنسيق مع الجهات السعودية المعنية في تحقيق الأثر العالمي الملموس، الأمر الذي كان له الدور الأكبر في تحقيق المملكة هذه المراكز المتقدمة في التصنيفات الدولية لتقديم المساعدات الإنسانية.

وأوضح الدكتور الربيعة، في ختام تصريحه، بأن المملكة نهر عطاء لا ينضب ونبراس خير، وستستمر على نهجها في مساعدة المحتاجين والمتضررين في جميع بقاع العالم، بتوجيهات ومتابعة ودعم من خادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي العهد.

Saudi Arabia achieved the second position globally and the first position Arab-wise among donor countries in providing humanitarian and relief assistance for the year 2025, according to the Financial Tracking Service (FTS) of the United Nations. The Kingdom ranked first among donor countries for humanitarian assistance provided to the Republic of Yemen, accounting for (49.3%) of the total assistance provided to Yemen. It ranked second among donor countries for assistance provided to the Syrian Arab Republic and achieved the second position in providing developmental assistance according to the recently released report for 2024, among non-member donor countries, which number 16, and the tenth position among member and non-member donor countries, totaling (48) countries in providing developmental assistance in terms of the volume of aid.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabiah, advisor at the Royal Court and General Supervisor of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, confirmed that the Kingdom's leading role in the global humanitarian scene is a result of the unlimited support that humanitarian and relief work receives from the leadership, reflecting the values of generosity and charity that the Kingdom and its people are known for. He pointed out that this achievement is a translation of the Kingdom's illustrious history of giving and its commitment to extending a helping hand to all peoples and countries in need around the world, keeping in mind the dignity and life of every human being.

Al-Rabiah explained that these figures have been documented continuously on international platforms through the "Saudi Aid Platform," which is the largest aid platform in the region. This institutional approach, supported by the insightful vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the follow-up of the Crown Prince, in coordination with the relevant Saudi authorities, has contributed significantly to achieving a tangible global impact, which has played a major role in securing these advanced positions for the Kingdom in international rankings for humanitarian assistance.

In conclusion, Dr. Al-Rabiah stated that the Kingdom is an inexhaustible river of giving and a beacon of goodness, and it will continue its path in helping the needy and affected people in all corners of the world, under the guidance, follow-up, and support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince.
