أكد مدرب نادي الخليج اليوناني جورجيوس دونيس، أن فريقه سيخوض مواجهة الأهلي ملتزماً بفلسفته الفنية المعتادة، مشدداً على أن هوية الفريق لا تتغير باختلاف المنافس، قبل مواجهتهما ضمن منافسات الجولة الـ17 من دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين، المقررة مساء الثلاثاء على ملعب «الإنماء» بمدينة جدة.

وقال دونيس خلال المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عُقد مساء اليوم في مقر النادي: «نحن جاهزون لهذه المباراة كما هو الحال في بقية المواجهات، ونتعامل مع كل لقاء بالتركيز والجدية نفسيهما، ونلعب بانضباط دفاعي واضح ونهاجم بثقة، مع الحفاظ على التوازن المطلوب داخل الملعب».

وأوضح مدرب الخليج أن الالتزام بالهوية الفنية يمثل ركيزة أساسية في عمل الجهاز الفني، مبيناً أن بناء اللعب من الخلف يعد من أبرز ملامح أسلوب الفريق، وأضاف: «نؤمن بتقديم كرة قدم منظمة تبدأ من حارس المرمى، ونعتمد على الهدوء والتنظيم في إخراج الكرة، وهذا جزء لا يتجزأ من شخصية الفريق داخل الملعب».

وتطرق دونيس إلى منهجية العمل داخل النادي، مؤكداً أن تطوير اللاعبين الشباب يشكل محوراً مهماً في خطط الجهاز الفني، وقال: «نعمل على منح الفرصة للعناصر الشابة بشكل تدريجي، ومساعدتهم على التطور وفق إمكاناتهم الفنية ومدى التزامهم وانضباطهم».

واختتم حديثه بالتأكيد على أهمية المرحلة القادمة، مشدداً على أن فريقه يسعى لمواصلة تقديم مستويات إيجابية ومواصلة النتائج الايجابية التي تعكس الاستقرار الفني والعمل المتواصل الذي يشهده الخليج خلال هذه الفترة.

The Greek coach of Al-Khaleej Club, Georgios Donis, confirmed that his team will face Al-Ahli while adhering to their usual technical philosophy, emphasizing that the team’s identity does not change with different opponents, ahead of their match in the 17th round of the Roshan Saudi Professional League, scheduled for Tuesday evening at the "Al-Inma" stadium in Jeddah.

Donis said during the press conference held this evening at the club's headquarters: "We are ready for this match just as we are for the other encounters, and we approach every game with the same focus and seriousness, playing with clear defensive discipline and attacking with confidence, while maintaining the necessary balance on the field."

The Al-Khaleej coach explained that commitment to the technical identity is a fundamental pillar in the work of the coaching staff, noting that building play from the back is one of the most prominent features of the team's style. He added: "We believe in presenting organized football that starts from the goalkeeper, and we rely on calmness and organization in moving the ball, which is an integral part of the team's character on the field."

Donis also touched on the methodology of work within the club, confirming that the development of young players is an important focus in the coaching staff's plans. He said: "We work on gradually giving opportunities to young talents and helping them develop according to their technical abilities and their level of commitment and discipline."
