أصدرت محكمة جنايات شبين الكوم بمحافظة المنوفية في مصر، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، حكمها بإجماع الآراء بالإعدام شنقاً للمتهم بقتل زوجته بقرية منيل عروس التابعة لمركز أشمون، طعناً بسكين بسبب خلافات زوجية بينهما.

وكانت محكمة جنايات شبين الكوم قد نظرت القضية التي تعود وقائعها إلى نهاية أبريل الماضي، عندما تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بلاغاً بمقتل سيدة داخل نطاق قرية منيل عروس، وعلى الفور انتقلت قوات الأمن إلى موقع البلاغ، فيما باشرت النيابة العامة تحقيقاتها لكشف ملابسات الواقعة.

وكشفت التحقيقات أن المتهم، وهو عامل مقيم بقرية منيل عروس، أقدم على الاعتداء على زوجته باستخدام سلاح أبيض، ما أسفر عن وفاتها متأثرة بإصابتها. وأشارت إلى وجود خلافات سابقة بين الطرفين، فيما استندت النيابة إلى أقوال الشهود والتقارير الفنية وتحريات جهات البحث ضمن أدلة الاتهام.

وكانت محافظة المنوفية في مصر، شهدت في 30 أبريل الماضي، جريمة قتل مأساوية هزّت الرأي العام، بعدما أقدم زوج على إنهاء حياة زوجته، بقرية منيل العروس التابعة لمركز أشمون، وسط حالة من الصدمة بين الأهالي.

وتلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن المنوفية إخطاراً يفيد بمقتل سيدة تُدعى (أسماء.ف 26 عاماً) على يد زوجها -العاطل- (ي.ف 33 عاماً)، بآلة حادة وعلى الفور انتقلت قوة من الشرطة إلى موقع الحادثة لكشف ملابساتها.

وبالفحص، تبيّن وفاة الزوجة متأثرة بإصاباتها، فيما كشفت التحريات الأولية أن وراء ارتكاب الواقعة زوجها نتيجة خلافات أسرية بينهما قامت الزوجة على إثرها بترك المنزل والانتقال لمنزل أسرتها بصحبة طفليها.

وأشارت التحريات إلى أن الزوج ذهب إلي زوجته لمحاولة إعادتها للمنزل لكنها رفضت وعند رفضها قام بطعنها بسكين أمام أولادها ووالدتها وشقيقتها وفر هارباً.

وتم نقل الجثمان إلى مستشفى أشمون العام تحت تصرف جهات التحقيق بينما تمكنت قوات الشرطة بمركز أشمون من ضبط المتهم وبحوزته السكين المستخدم، واعترف بارتكابه الواقعة، وتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة حياله.

وبحسب أوراق القضية، فإن النيابة العامة انتهت إلى إحالة المتهم إلى محكمة الجنايات بتهمة القتل العمد مع سبق الإصرار، كما تضمن ملف القضية نتائج تقارير وتحقيقات رسمية دعمت الاتهامات الموجهة إليه.

وشهدت جلسات المحاكمة حضور أسرة المجني عليها وهيئة الدفاع، وسط مطالبات بتوقيع أقصى عقوبة قانونية على المتهم، فيما أكدت هيئة الدفاع عن أسرة الضحية تمسكها بما ورد بأوراق التحقيقات والأدلة المقدمة أمام المحكمة.

وتعد القضية من أسرع القضايا التي جرى تداولها أمام القضاء خلال الفترة الأخيرة، إذ انتقلت من مرحلة التحقيقات إلى المحاكمة خلال فترة زمنية قصيرة عقب وقوع الجريمة.

The Shabin El-Kom Criminal Court in the Monufia Governorate of Egypt issued its verdict today (Tuesday) unanimously sentencing the defendant to death by hanging for the murder of his wife in the village of Menil Arouss, which is part of the Ashmoun Center, stabbing her with a knife due to marital disputes between them.

The Shabin El-Kom Criminal Court had reviewed the case, which dates back to the end of last April, when security forces received a report about the murder of a woman within the boundaries of the village of Menil Arouss. Immediately, security forces moved to the scene of the report, while the Public Prosecution began its investigations to uncover the circumstances of the incident.

Investigations revealed that the defendant, a worker residing in the village of Menil Arouss, assaulted his wife using a sharp weapon, resulting in her death from her injuries. It was noted that there were previous disputes between the two parties, while the prosecution relied on witness statements, technical reports, and investigations from research agencies as part of the evidence against him.

The Monufia Governorate in Egypt witnessed a tragic murder on April 30, when a husband ended his wife's life in the village of Menil Arouss, causing shock among the residents.

The security authorities in the Monufia Security Directorate received a notification regarding the murder of a woman named (Asmaa.F, 26 years old) at the hands of her husband - an unemployed man - (Y.F, 33 years old), using a sharp tool. A police force immediately moved to the scene of the incident to uncover its circumstances.

Upon examination, it was found that the wife died from her injuries, while initial investigations revealed that her husband was behind the incident due to family disputes between them, which led the wife to leave their home and move to her family's house with her two children.

Investigations indicated that the husband went to his wife to try to bring her back home, but she refused. When she rejected him, he stabbed her with a knife in front of their children, her mother, and her sister, and then fled the scene.

The body was transferred to Ashmoun General Hospital under the supervision of the investigative authorities, while the police forces in the Ashmoun Center managed to apprehend the defendant with the knife used in the crime, and he confessed to committing the act. Necessary legal procedures were taken against him.

According to the case documents, the Public Prosecution concluded to refer the defendant to the Criminal Court on charges of premeditated murder. The case file also included results from official reports and investigations that supported the charges against him.

The trial sessions witnessed the presence of the victim's family and the defense team, amid calls for the maximum legal penalty to be imposed on the defendant, while the defense team for the victim's family affirmed their commitment to what was stated in the investigation papers and the evidence presented before the court.

This case is considered one of the fastest cases that have been processed in the judiciary recently, as it moved from the investigation phase to trial within a short period following the occurrence of the crime.
