أعلنت وزارة الداخلية السورية اليوم (السبت) القبض على المتهمين حسن علي قوجة وأجوان أحمد كرجوت في محافظة درعا، وذلك في إطار التحقيقات المتواصلة مع رأفت أنور العامودي، الذي كانت قوى الأمن الداخلي قد أوقفته في وقت سابق.

وقالت الوزارة على حسابها في «فيسبوك» إن التحقيقات كشفت تورط الموقوفين الثلاثة في انتهاكات عسكرية وأمنية داخل مدينة درعا، شملت العمل على حاجز حميدة الطاهر في حي السحاري، والمشاركة في حملات اعتقال طالت عشرات المواطنين في حي الكاشف واقتيادهم إلى «البناء الأحمر» (مقر الفرقة 15 سابقاً)، فضلاً عن دورهم في اعتقال أعداد كبيرة من أبناء محافظة درعا خلال فترة عملهم ضمن الأجهزة الأمنية التابعة للنظام السابق.

وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن الإجراءات القانونية بحق الموقوفين مستمرة، تمهيداً لإحالتهم إلى القضاء المختص.

وكانت الوزارة قد أعلنت في وقت سابق اليوم توقيف العامودي، المتورط في عمليات اعتقال وتغييب قسري في محافظة درعا جنوب البلاد خلال عهد بشار الأسد.

وأفادت الوزارة، في بيان، بأن قوى الأمن الداخلي، بالتنسيق مع إدارة مكافحة الإرهاب، أوقفت العامودي، وهو أحد أبرز المطلوبين لضلوعه في العمل لصالح مليشيا «اللجان الشعبية» التابعة للنظام السابق في محافظة درعا، وتورطه في عمليات اعتقال وتغييب قسري طالت عدداً من أبناء المحافظة، بالتنسيق المباشر مع الأجهزة الأمنية.

وأشارت إلى أن سجلات التحقيق بينت أن العامودي عمل لصالح رئيس فرع الأمن العسكري السابق العميد وفيق الناصر، كما نشط تحت إشراف المساعد أسامة أبو جعفر، وتعاون بشكل وثيق مع فرع المخابرات الجوية بقيادة العقيد قصي ميهوب.

وأضافت أن العامودي كان له دور في تسليم مطلوبين للأجهزة الأمنية، ثم ابتزاز ذويهم مالياً عبر التفاوض معهم مقابل مبالغ طائلة، لقاء وعود كاذبة بالإفراج عنهم.

The Syrian Ministry of Interior announced today (Saturday) the arrest of the suspects Hassan Ali Qouja and Ajwan Ahmad Karjout in Daraa Governorate, as part of ongoing investigations with Raafat Anwar Al-Amoudi, who was previously detained by the internal security forces.

The ministry stated on its Facebook account that the investigations revealed the involvement of the three detainees in military and security violations within the city of Daraa, including work at the Hamida Al-Taher checkpoint in the Al-Suhari neighborhood, and participation in arrest campaigns that targeted dozens of citizens in the Al-Kashef neighborhood, leading them to the "Red Building" (formerly the headquarters of the 15th Division), in addition to their role in the arrest of a large number of Daraa residents during their time working within the security apparatus of the former regime.

The ministry indicated that legal proceedings against the detainees are ongoing, in preparation for their referral to the competent judiciary.

Earlier today, the ministry announced the detention of Al-Amoudi, who is involved in operations of arrest and enforced disappearance in Daraa Governorate in southern Syria during Bashar Al-Assad's rule.

The ministry reported, in a statement, that the internal security forces, in coordination with the Counter-Terrorism Administration, arrested Al-Amoudi, who is one of the most wanted individuals for his involvement in working for the "Popular Committees" militia affiliated with the former regime in Daraa Governorate, and his involvement in operations of arrest and enforced disappearance that affected several residents of the governorate, in direct coordination with the security agencies.

It noted that investigation records showed that Al-Amoudi worked for the former head of military security, Brigadier General Wafiq Al-Nasser, and was active under the supervision of Assistant Osama Abu Jaafar, collaborating closely with the Air Force Intelligence branch led by Colonel Qusay Mayhub.

It added that Al-Amoudi played a role in handing over wanted individuals to the security agencies, then extorting their families financially by negotiating with them for large sums of money, in exchange for false promises of their release.
