في زمنٍ تُقاس فيه المواهب بعدد الأهداف والتمريرات، يطلّ أيوب بوعدي كاستثناء نادر؛ شابٌّ يكتب معادلاته على السبورة كما يرسم خطوط اللعب على العشب الأخضر. فإذا كانت قدماه تعزفان سيمفونية هادئة في قلب الملعب، فإن عقله يواصل حلّ مسائل الرياضيات في قاعات الجامعة، وكأن الكرة والكتاب اتفقا على أن يتقاسما موهبته بالتساوي.

فجر اليوم، لم يكن لاعب الوسط المغربي الشاب مجرد اسم في تشكيلة واجهت البرازيل، بل بدا كأنه مهندس المباراة الذي أعاد ترتيب مساراتها، يلتقط الكرات بثقة العالم، ويوزعها بدقة الرياضي، ويقود الإيقاع بهدوء الحكيم. وبينما كانت الجماهير تتابع موهبته وهي تتوهج تحت أضواء ملعب «ميتلايف»، كانت قصة أخرى تلمع خلف المشهد؛ قصة فتى تخطى عاماً دراسياً كاملاً، وحصد الثانوية العلمية بامتياز في السادسة عشرة، وفاز بمسابقة الخطابة في قصر الإليزيه، قبل أن يشق طريقه نحو ملاعب العالم.

إنه أيوب بوعدي.. موهبة لا تجمع بين الذكاء الكروي والذكاء الأكاديمي فحسب، بل تقدم نموذجاً لجيل يصنع مجده بالعقل والموهبة والانضباط، حتى بدا وكأنه يراوغ خصومه في الملعب كما يراوغ المستحيل في الحياة.

رجل المباراة الذي أربك البرازيل

في أول مشاركة له بكأس العالم، ورابع ظهور دولي فقط بقميص المنتخب المغربي، قدّم بوعدي (18 عاماً) أداءً استثنائياً خلال التعادل 1-1 مع البرازيل، ليخطف إعجاب الجماهير والمحللين ووسائل الإعلام الأوروبية، ويؤكد أنه أحد أبرز المواهب الصاعدة في كرة القدم العالمية.

وسط كتيبة برازيلية تضم أسماء بحجم كاسيميرو وبرونو غيماريش ولوكاس باكيتا وفينيسيوس جونيور، لعب بوعدي بثقة لاعب مخضرم، وسيطر على إيقاع وسط الملعب، واستعاد ست كرات، وبلغت دقة تمريراته نحو 90%، بينما بدا خط الوسط البرازيلي عاجزاً عن الحد من تأثيره.

ووصفه المحلل المغربي نور الدين جباري بأنه «رجل المباراة»، قائلاً: «يمتلك موهبة استثنائية وهدوءاً مذهلاً. عندما يواجه المدافعون صعوبات يكون دائماً حاضراً لطلب الكرة ومساندتهم، ولا يختبئ أبداً».

أما أسطورة الكرة الإنجليزية آلان شيرر فاعتبر أن بوعدي وفينيسيوس جونيور كانا أفضل لاعبين في اللقاء بفارق واضح عن بقية اللاعبين، مؤكداً أن لاعب المغرب «هو من قاد الرقص في وسط الملعب».

وقال زميله في المنتخب المغربي نائل العيناوي: «يمتلك نضجاً كبيراً في طريقة لعبه، ونحن محظوظون بانضمامه إلينا».

موهبة خطفها المغرب من فرنسا

لم يكن تألق بوعدي مفاجئاً للمتابعين لمسيرته. فاللاعب المولود في مدينة سانليس الفرنسية لأبوين مغربيين، كان أحد أبرز مواهب المنتخبات السنية الفرنسية، وحمل شارة قيادة منتخب فرنسا للشباب.

لكن الاتحاد المغربي نجح في إقناعه بتمثيل «أسود الأطلس»، ليوافق الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم على تغيير جنسيته الرياضية في مايو الماضي، قبل أن يجد نفسه بعد أسابيع قليلة ضمن قائمة المغرب المشاركة في كأس العالم.

والمفارقة أن قصة بوعدي مع المنتخب المغربي بدأت من المدرجات، حين كان طفلاً في العاشرة من عمره سافر إلى روسيا لمتابعة منتخب بلاده في مونديال 2018، قبل أن يصبح بعد ثمانية أعوام أحد نجومه في أكبر محفل كروي عالمي.

الثانوية بامتياز.. والخطابة في الإليزيه

بعيداً عن المستطيل الأخضر، تبدو قصة بوعدي أكثر إثارة.
فمنذ طفولته أظهر تفوقاً دراسياً لافتاً جعله يتجاوز سنة دراسية كاملة، قبل أن يحصل على شهادة الثانوية العلمية الفرنسية بتقدير «ممتاز جداً» وهو في السادسة عشرة من عمره فقط.

ولم يتوقف عند ذلك، إذ يواصل حتى اليوم دراسة الرياضيات في الجامعة عن بُعد بالتوازي مع مسيرته الاحترافية مع ليل الفرنسي والمنتخب المغربي.

كما فاز عام 2023 بمسابقة وطنية فرنسية في فن الخطابة والإلقاء بين أكاديميات كرة القدم، وتسلم جائزته في قصر الإليزيه بحضور بريجيت ماكرون، بعد مداخلة ناقش فيها سؤالاً فلسفياً بعنوان: «هل النتيجة أهم من الطريقة؟».

من قاعات الدراسة إلى ملاعب أوروبا

نشأ بوعدي في مدينة كريل الفرنسية داخل أسرة مغربية، وكان والده حسن بوعدي نائباً سابقاً لرئيس بلدية المدينة، فيما مارس الطفل الموهوب عدداً من الرياضات منذ سنواته الأولى، بينها الجمباز والسباحة والتنس والريشة الطائرة وكرة اليد.

وبدأ ممارسة كرة القدم في الخامسة من عمره مع نادي AFC كريل، قبل انتقاله إلى أكاديمية ليل عام 2021، حيث واصل صعوده السريع متجاوزاً الفئات العمرية المعتادة.

وفي أغسطس 2023 وقّع أول عقد احترافي وهو في الخامسة عشرة من عمره فقط، قبل أن يدخل التاريخ في أكتوبر من العام نفسه عندما أصبح أصغر لاعب يشارك مع ليل في مباراة أوروبية بعمر 16 عاماً وثلاثة أيام.

وبعد عام واحد فقط، خطف الأنظار أمام ريال مدريد في دوري أبطال أوروبا، ليسهم في فوز تاريخي لفريقه الفرنسي على العملاق الإسباني.

إسبانيا وإنجلترا تحت سحر بوعدي

لم يتوقف الإعجاب عند حدود المغرب. فقد كتبت صحيفة «ماركا» الإسبانية أن بوعدي يملك الشخصية والجودة الفنية التي تجعل منه لاعب الوسط الذي يحتاجه ريال مدريد.

وقال المحلل الفرنسي دانييل ريولو: «لقد فرض نفسه قائداً في وسط الملعب، وتطوره مذهل. إنه من نوعية لاعبي الوسط الذين نعشقهم، ويمتلك كل المقومات للانضمام إلى نادٍ كبير جداً».

أما الجماهير المغربية التي احتشدت في نيويورك، فقد اعتبرت بوعدي النجم الأول للمباراة دون منازع، بعدما جعل أسماء ثقيلة مثل كاسيميرو وباكيتا تبدو عاجزة عن مجاراة إيقاعه.

He is Ayoub Bouaddi... a talent that combines not only football intelligence and academic intelligence but also presents a model for a generation that creates its glory through intellect, talent, and discipline, making it seem as if he weaves through his opponents on the field just as he navigates the impossible in life.

The Man of the Match Who Confounded Brazil

In his first World Cup appearance and only his fourth international appearance in the Moroccan national team jersey, Bouaddi (18 years old) delivered an exceptional performance during the 1-1 draw with Brazil, capturing the admiration of fans, analysts, and European media, confirming that he is one of the most promising talents in global football.

Amid a Brazilian squad featuring names like Casemiro, Bruno Guimarães, Lucas Paquetá, and Vinícius Júnior, Bouaddi played with the confidence of a seasoned player, controlling the rhythm of the midfield, recovering six balls, and achieving a passing accuracy of nearly 90%, while the Brazilian midfield appeared unable to limit his impact.

Moroccan analyst Nour Eddine Jbari described him as the "man of the match," saying: "He possesses exceptional talent and astonishing calm. When defenders face difficulties, he is always present to ask for the ball and support them, and he never hides."

English football legend Alan Shearer considered Bouaddi and Vinícius Júnior to be the best players in the match, clearly ahead of the rest, asserting that the Moroccan player "led the dance in the midfield."

His teammate in the Moroccan national team, Nail Al-Ainawi, said: "He has great maturity in the way he plays, and we are lucky to have him with us."

A Talent Snatched by Morocco from France

Bouaddi's brilliance did not surprise those following his career. The player, born in the French city of Saint-Lys to Moroccan parents, was one of the standout talents in the French youth teams and captained the France U-21 team.

However, the Moroccan federation succeeded in convincing him to represent the "Atlas Lions," leading FIFA to approve his nationality change last May, before he found himself just weeks later on the list of Morocco's squad for the World Cup.

Ironically, Bouaddi's story with the Moroccan national team began from the stands when, as a ten-year-old, he traveled to Russia to watch his country’s team in the 2018 World Cup, before becoming one of its stars eight years later in the biggest global football event.

Graduated with Honors... and Public Speaking at the Élysée

Away from the green pitch, Bouaddi's story is even more exciting.
Since his childhood, he has shown remarkable academic excellence, allowing him to skip an entire school year, before obtaining the French scientific baccalaureate with a "very good" grade at just sixteen years old.

He did not stop there; he continues to study mathematics at university remotely alongside his professional career with Lille and the Moroccan national team.

In 2023, he also won a national French competition in public speaking among football academies, receiving his award at the Élysée Palace in the presence of Brigitte Macron, after a presentation discussing a philosophical question titled: "Is the result more important than the method?".

From Classrooms to European Pitches

Bouaddi grew up in the French city of Créteil in a Moroccan family, with his father, Hassan Bouaddi, being a former deputy mayor of the city. The talented child practiced several sports from a young age, including gymnastics, swimming, tennis, badminton, and handball.

He began playing football at the age of five with AFC Créteil, before moving to Lille Academy in 2021, where he continued his rapid rise, surpassing the usual age categories.

In August 2023, he signed his first professional contract at just fifteen years old, before making history in October of the same year when he became the youngest player to participate with Lille in a European match at the age of 16 years and three days.

Just one year later, he caught the attention against Real Madrid in the Champions League, contributing to a historic victory for his French team over the Spanish giant.

Spain and England Under Bouaddi's Spell

The admiration did not stop at Morocco's borders. The Spanish newspaper "Marca" wrote that Bouaddi possesses the character and technical quality that make him the midfielder Real Madrid needs.

French analyst Daniel Riolo stated: "He has established himself as a leader in the midfield, and his development is astonishing. He is the type of midfielder we love, and he has all the qualities to join a very big club."

Meanwhile, the Moroccan fans who gathered in New York considered Bouaddi the undisputed star of the match, after making heavyweights like Casemiro and Paquetá seem unable to keep up with his rhythm.

Today, as he prepares to face Scotland in the next round, it seems that Ayoub Bouaddi is not only writing a new chapter in the story of the Moroccan national team but also sketching the outlines of a player's career who may become one of the biggest football stars in the world in just a few years; a player who carries in his bag a mathematics book and in his feet the keys to the future.
