أصيب أربعة أشخاص، في حصيلة أولية، جراء انفجارات وقعت فجر اليوم (الإثنين) في أحد مواقع الجيش السوري بمحيط بلدة العيس بريف حلب الجنوبي. ووفقا لوكالة الأنباء السورية «سانا»، استنفرت قيادة الأمن الداخلي في محافظة حلب كوادرها وأغلقت طريق حلب - دمشق والطرق المؤدية إلى مكان الانفجارات، حرصاً على سلامة المدنيين وتسهيل عمل فرق الإخلاء.

ونقلت الوكالة عن قائد عمليات حلب في مديرية الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث فيصل محمد علي قوله إن فرق الدفاع المدني أجلت أربعة مصابين من موقع الانفجارات، موضحاً أن استمرار الانفجارات عرقل وصول فرق الإسعاف والإنقاذ، قبل أن تتمكن فرق الدفاع المدني من دخول المنطقة وإجلاء المصابين الأربعة.

وأضاف أن فرق الإنقاذ تعمل على إخلاء المنازل القريبة من محيط الانفجارات وإغلاق الطرق المؤدية للمنطقة، حفاظاً على سلامة المدنيين وتسهيل عمل فرق الإخلاء.

من جانبه، قال محافظ حلب عزام الغريب إن الجهات المعنية تتابع الوضع ميدانياً وتتعامل مع أي طارئ، داعياً السكان إلى عدم مغادرة المنازل أو التوجه لأماكن الانفجارات والتجمع بالقرب منها، حفاظاً على سلامتهم وسلامة فرق الاستجابة.

بدوره، قال وزير الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث رائد الصالح: نتابع بشكل مباشر تطورات حادثة الانفجار التي وقعت في منطقة العيس بريف حلب، ونحذر الجميع من الاقتراب من موقع الانفجار أو التوجه إلى المناطق المحيطة به، لما قد تشكله الشظايا والذخائر غير المنفجرة والأجسام الخطرة من تهديد مباشر على سلامة المدنيين.

ودعت دائرة الإنذار المبكر والتأهب إلى الابتعاد عن المناطق القريبة إلى مكان آمن، وعدم استخدام الطرق الرئيسية والفرعية المؤدية إلى الموقع، وتركها مفتوحة أمام سيارات الإسعاف والدفاع المدني والجهات المختصة، مطالبة المدنيين، عند تعذر مغادرة المنطقة بأمان، بالاحتماء داخل الأبنية، لا سيما في الطوابق الأرضية أو الأماكن الداخلية والابتعاد عن النوافذ والأبواب والزجاج وتجنب الأماكن المكشوفة وأسطح الأبنية.

وأكدت أن توقف الانفجارات لا يعني بالضرورة انتهاء الخطر، لاحتمال بقاء ذخائر غير منفجرة أو أجسام خطرة وشظايا في الموقع والمناطق المحيطة به.

Four people were injured, according to initial reports, due to explosions that occurred early today (Monday) at a Syrian army site near the town of al-Eis in southern Aleppo countryside. According to the Syrian news agency "SANA," the internal security leadership in Aleppo province mobilized its personnel and closed the Aleppo-Damascus road and the roads leading to the explosion site, in order to ensure the safety of civilians and facilitate the work of evacuation teams.

The agency quoted the operations commander in Aleppo's emergency and disaster management department, Faisal Muhammad Ali, as saying that civil defense teams evacuated four injured individuals from the explosion site, explaining that the ongoing explosions hindered the arrival of ambulance and rescue teams, before the civil defense teams were able to enter the area and evacuate the four injured.

He added that rescue teams are working to evacuate homes near the explosion site and close the roads leading to the area, in order to ensure the safety of civilians and facilitate the work of evacuation teams.

For his part, Aleppo Governor Azzam al-Ghareeb stated that the relevant authorities are monitoring the situation on the ground and dealing with any emergencies, urging residents not to leave their homes or approach the explosion sites and gather near them, to ensure their safety and the safety of response teams.

In turn, the Minister of Emergency and Disaster Management, Raed Saleh, said: "We are directly monitoring the developments of the explosion incident that occurred in the al-Eis area in Aleppo countryside, and we warn everyone against approaching the explosion site or heading to the surrounding areas, due to the potential threat that shrapnel, unexploded ordnance, and hazardous materials pose to civilian safety."

The early warning and preparedness department called for staying away from areas close to a safe location, and not using the main and secondary roads leading to the site, leaving them open for ambulances, civil defense, and relevant authorities, urging civilians, when it is not safe to leave the area, to take shelter inside buildings, especially on the ground floors or in interior spaces, and to stay away from windows, doors, and glass, and to avoid exposed areas and building rooftops.

It emphasized that the cessation of explosions does not necessarily mean the end of danger, due to the possibility of unexploded ordnance or hazardous materials and shrapnel remaining at the site and in the surrounding areas.
