إلحاقًا لما أعلنته وزارة الداخلية بشأن توجيهات خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود - أيّده الله-، بالاستجابة لطلب رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني الدكتور رشاد محمد العليمي، لتصحيح أوضاع جميع الموجودين في المملكة بطرق غير نظامية من الجنسية اليمنية؛ تبدأ المديرية العامة للجوازات، غدًا الأحد 30 ربيع الآخر 1448هـ الموافق 11 أكتوبر 2026م، بإجراءات التصحيح في جميع مناطق المملكة لمدة شهرين.

وأوضحت المديرية العامة للجوازات أن الفئات المستهدفة بالتصحيح ستكون على النحو التالي:

أولًا: الذين ليس لديهم وثائق أو جوازات سفر يمنية، فيتم منحهم تأشيرة زيارة مجانية لمدة (6) أشهر، من خلال حجز موعد إلكتروني عبر (منصة أبشر) واختيار موقع التصحيح وحجز موعد للمراجعة في الوقت والموقع المحدد، مع إحضار وثائق تثبت جنسيتهم اليمنية، سواء جواز سفر أو وثيقة سفر صادرة من سفارة بلدهم.

ثانيًا: من لديهم هوية زائر منتهية الصلاحية، أو من يحملون تأشيرة زيارة منتهية الصلاحية بمختلف أنواعها، وخصائصهم الحيوية مسجلة في أنظمة المملكة، فيتم تمديد تأشيراتهم في النظام إلكترونيًا لمدة (6) أشهر، دون الحاجة لمراجعة إدارات الجوازات، ويشترط وجود جواز سفر ساريةٍ صلاحيته.

ثالثًا: المقيمون المنتهية صلاحية إقاماتهم؛ فإن كانت وثائق سفرهم سارية، فيمكنهم الانتقال إلى أصحاب عمل بحاجة إلى خدماتهم عن طريق المنصات الرقمية لوزارة الداخلية ووزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية (منصة أبشر، ومنصة قوى للعمالة المهنية، ومنصة مساند للعمالة المساندة)، دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة مقار الجهات الحكومية، ومن يرغب المغادرة منهم فيُمكّن من ذلك بمنحه تأشيرة خروج نهائي دون قيود تمنعه من دخول المملكة لاحقًا.

رابعًا: المتغيبون عن العمل؛ من كانت وثائق سفرهم سارية فيتم تصحيح وضعهم عن طريق إلغاء بلاغ التغيب ونقل خدماتهم إلى أصحاب عمل آخرين بحاجة إلى خدماتهم عبر المنصات الرقمية لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية (منصة قوى للعمالة المهنية، ومنصة مساند للعمالة المساندة).

وأفادت الجوازات أن مراكز التصحيح لمخالفي نظام أمن الحدود ستكون في مناطق المملكة كالتالي: منطقة الرياض (أربعة مراكز)، منطقة نجران (مركز واحد)، منطقة مكة المكرمة (مركزان)، منطقة عسير (ثلاثة مراكز)، منطقة جازان (مركزان)، منطقة المدينة المنورة (مركز واحد)، المنطقة الشرقية (ثلاثة مراكز)، منطقة الباحة (مركز واحد)، منطقة الحدود الشمالية (مركز واحد)، منطقة تبوك (مركز واحد)، منطقة القصيم (مركز واحد)، منطقة حائل (مركز واحد)، منطقة الجوف (مركزان).

Following the announcement made by the Ministry of Interior regarding the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God support him - to respond to the request of the President of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, to regularize the status of all Yemeni nationals in the Kingdom who are present through irregular means; the General Directorate of Passports will begin, tomorrow, Sunday, 30 Rabi' Al-Thani 1448 AH, corresponding to October 11, 2026, the correction procedures in all regions of the Kingdom for a period of two months.

The General Directorate of Passports clarified that the targeted categories for correction will be as follows:

First: Those who do not have Yemeni documents or passports will be granted a free visit visa for a period of (6) months, by booking an electronic appointment through the (Absher platform) and selecting the correction location and scheduling an appointment for review at the specified time and place, along with presenting documents that prove their Yemeni nationality, whether a passport or a travel document issued by their embassy.

Second: Those who have an expired visitor ID or hold an expired visit visa of various types, and whose biometric data is registered in the Kingdom's systems, will have their visas extended electronically for a period of (6) months, without the need to visit passport departments, provided they have a valid passport.

Third: Residents whose residency permits have expired; if their travel documents are valid, they can transfer to employers in need of their services through the digital platforms of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (Absher platform, Qiwa platform for professional labor, and Musaned platform for supporting labor), without the need to visit government offices. Those wishing to leave will be enabled to do so by granting them a final exit visa without restrictions preventing them from re-entering the Kingdom later.

Fourth: Those absent from work; if their travel documents are valid, their status will be corrected by canceling the absence report and transferring their services to other employers in need of their services through the digital platforms of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (Qiwa platform for professional labor, and Musaned platform for supporting labor).

The passports department stated that the correction centers for violators of the border security system will be located in the following regions of the Kingdom: Riyadh Region (four centers), Najran Region (one center), Makkah Region (two centers), Asir Region (three centers), Jazan Region (two centers), Madinah Region (one center), Eastern Region (three centers), Al-Baha Region (one center), Northern Borders Region (one center), Tabuk Region (one center), Qassim Region (one center), Hail Region (one center), Al-Jawf Region (two centers).
