لوح الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب اليوم (السبت)، بالمشاركة في الضربات على الحوثيين، موضحاً أنه يدرس الأمر.

ورد ترمب على سؤال بشأن ما إذا كانت الولايات المتحدة قررت الانضمام إلى السعودية في مواجهة الحوثيين: "قد نفعل ذلك، سندرس الأمر، علمنا للتو بالهجوم الأخير (استهداف مطار الملك خالد الدولي)، لذا سنتخذ قراراً، نحن نتحرك بسرعة كبيرة".

في المقابل، أعلن المتحدث باسم القوات المسلحة اليمنية العقيد الركن ماجد عبدالله النزيلي، تنفيذ القوات المسلحة اليمنية، خلال الساعات الـ24 الماضية وفي إطار عملية "فجر اليمن"، أكثر من 1900 عملية استهداف مباشرة ودقيقة في الجبهات الشرقية والغربية والجنوبية الغربية، موضحاً أن الضربات طالت مخازن أسلحة وذخائر، وتحصينات ومعسكرات ومواقع عسكرية، ونقاطاً على هيئات حاكمة يحتلها العدو، وتعزيزات ومناطق حشد وتجميع، ومرابض لمدفعية الميدان، ووسائط لنقل العناصر والإمدادات، إضافة إلى أهداف عسكرية مشروعة وعالية القيمة في عمق مناطق سيطرة مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية.

وأشار إلى أن العمليات، وفق التقديرات الميدانية الأولية، أسفرت عن تحييد أكثر من 1150 من عناصر المليشيا، وتدمير وإعطاب أكثر من 180 آلية ووسيلة قتالية ونقل وإمداد، ما أضعف قدرتها على المناورة والإسناد وإدامة أعمالها القتالية. ولفت إلى أن القوات البرية اليمنية واصلت تطوير هجومها، محققةً تقدماً ميدانياً جديداً، واستعادة مواقع، وبسط السيطرة على هيئات حاكمة إضافية وتثبيت المكاسب المحققة.

U.S. President Donald Trump today (Saturday) hinted at participating in strikes against the Houthis, stating that he is considering the matter.

In response to a question about whether the United States has decided to join Saudi Arabia in confronting the Houthis, Trump said, "We might do that, we are studying the matter, we just learned about the recent attack (targeting King Khalid International Airport), so we will make a decision, we are moving very quickly."

In contrast, the spokesperson for the Yemeni armed forces, Colonel Majid Abdullah Al-Nazili, announced that the Yemeni armed forces had carried out more than 1,900 direct and precise targeting operations in the eastern, western, and southwestern fronts over the past 24 hours as part of "Operation Dawn of Yemen." He clarified that the strikes targeted weapon and ammunition depots, fortifications, camps, military sites, points on governing bodies occupied by the enemy, reinforcements, gathering and assembly areas, artillery positions, and means of transporting personnel and supplies, in addition to legitimate and high-value military targets deep within the areas controlled by the terrorist Houthi militia.

He noted that the operations, according to initial field assessments, resulted in neutralizing more than 1,150 militia members and destroying and incapacitating more than 180 vehicles and combat and supply means, which weakened their ability to maneuver, support, and sustain their combat operations. He pointed out that the Yemeni ground forces continued to develop their attack, achieving new field advances, regaining positions, and expanding control over additional governing bodies while consolidating the gains made.
