للصاروخ لحظةٌ يراه فيها الجميع، ورحلةٌ لا تظهر في الصورة، قبل أن يبلغ سماء الآمنين، مرّ بقرارٍ وتمويلٍ ومعرفةٍ وإمداد، وانتظر في مخزنٍ قبل أن يستقرّ على منصة، ثم اختُصرت الحكاية في اسم مَن أطلقه، وحين جاء الردّ، أراد بعضهم أن تبدأ الحكاية من هناك، من النار التي أصابت مصادر العدوان، لا من النار التي أُرسلت إلى الناس، كأن للمعتدي حقّ حذف الصفحات الأولى، ثم مطالبة العالم بالحكم على الصفحة الأخيرة.

وفي الصفحات الأولى اعتداءات الحوثي على مطار الملك خالد الدولي في الرياض، ضمن تصعيدٍ شمل تهديد منشآت الطاقة في المملكة، وجاءت ضربات التحالف على مصادر المجهود الحربي للجماعة رداً على الاعتداءات وسعياً لمنع تجدّدها، فالأمن الذي استُهدف ليس كلمةً في بيان، إنه مسافرٌ يحمل حياةً صغيرةً في حقيبة، موعداً ينتظره، ووجهاً يشتاق إليه، وهديةً يعرف أين سيضعها حين يصل، وعاملٌ يخرج إلى منشأةٍ ترتبط بعملها مصالح الملايين، مطمئناً إلى أنه سيعود.

حين تُستهدف هذه التفاصيل، لا يكفي ترميم المكان، فالجدار يُصلح، لكن البيت الذي فقد أحد أهله لن يستعيد أيامه كما كانت، وإنصاف الضحايا يقتضي ألّا يبقى سواهم تحت الاحتمال نفسه، وفي قوله تعالى «وَلَكُمْ فِي الْقِصَاصِ حَيَاةٌ»، تتقدّم الحياة غايةً يصونها العدل، وبهذا يصير للردع وجهٌ نعرفه، الطفل الذي لن يتعلّم انتظار الغائب، والمسافر الذي سيبقى اسمه على التذكرة، دون أن ينتقل إلى قائمة الضحايا، فالانتصار للأبرياء يمتدّ من حفظ حقّ مَن رحل إلى حماية مَن بقي.

وفوق منصة الإطلاق يبقى سؤالٌ بعد كل اعتراضٍ ناجح، ماذا عن المقذوف التالي، يستطيع الدفاع أن يُسقط صاروخاً، لكن المعتدي الذي يطمئن إلى مخزونه يعدّ إخفاقه موعداً مؤجلاً، ويراهن على إنهاك الآخرين بالمحاولة بعد المحاولة، لذلك تتصل حماية السماء بما يجري على الأرض، حيث أعلنت قيادة التحالف استهداف مواقع تُستخدم لتغذية المجهود الحربي الحوثي، من مرافق الوقود والتخزين والنقل، إنها الحلقات التي تمنح قرار الاعتداء وسيلة تنفيذه، وتعطيلها يضع أمام صاحبه كلفةً كان يريد إلقاءها كاملةً على الآخرين، مع بقاء حماية المدنيين وموارد معيشتهم في صميم الغاية، أن تضيق قدرة الحرب، وتتسع قدرة الناس على الحياة.

ويأتي إعلان التحالف عن اعتراض صاروخٍ مجنّح بمنطقة المدينة المنورة، بما لها من حرمةٍ ومكانةٍ في وجدان المسلمين، ضمن إعلانات التصدي لاعتداءاتٍ بالصواريخ والمسيّرات استمرّت بعد ضرب مصادر المجهود الحربي الحوثي، فالمحاولة التي أُحبطت تظلّ قراراً بالاعتداء، والنجاة التي تحققت تظلّ ثمرةً لجهدٍ يحمي الناس، والقوة تُقرأ بما تصونه من حياة، وبما تُخرجه من حسابات الابتزاز، فلا يبقى يوم الناس العادي معلّقاً برغبة جماعةٍ في التصعيد، أو بمصلحة جهةٍ في إطالة التوتر.

هنا يلتقي أمن السعودي بحقّ اليمني في استعادة بلاده، فالجماعة التي تهدّد جيران اليمن تصادر مستقبله أيضاً، وتُبقي أهله أسرى لفاتورةٍ لا يملكون قرار إصدارها، والأفق الذي يستحق الرجاء أكبر من مشهد ضربة، دولةٌ يعود قرارها إلى أهلها، ومؤسساتٌ تخدم أصحابها، وموانئ تستقبل أسباب الرزق، وبيوتٌ تستعيد قدرتها على انتظار الغد بطمأنينة، يومها تكون فرحتنا بهزيمة مشروع العدوان فرحةً بما يستردّه الناس من أعمارهم وأمانهم، وبيمنٍ يتّسع لأحلام أهله، بعد أن ضاقت حياتهم بحسابات غيرهم.

نقطة آخر السطر:

أراد المعتدي أن يحذف الصفحات الأولى ويكتب الأخيرة، غير أن الأولى محفوظةٌ في ذاكرة الضحايا، والأخيرة حقٌّ لأهل اليمن، يكتبونها بأيديهم.
