أصدر وزير التجارة، ماجد بن عبدالله القصبي، قراراً وزارياً يقضي بتعيين أعضاء مجلس إدارة غرفة حائل للدورة القادمة.

وتضمّن القرار تعيين كل من؛ سعود بن فريح عبدالعزيز الموكا، وسلمان بن صلاح سالم السليمي، وعبدالرحمن بن سالم إبراهيم اللق، وعلي بن بندر علي السديري، وفهد بن فايد هطل الشمري، ونايف بن عبدالكريم عبدالحسن الجميل، أعضاء في مجلس إدارة الغرفة.

وبحسب القرار، تبدأ عضوية المجلس اعتباراً من تاريخ 22/ 7/ 1447هـ، ولمدة أربع سنوات، ضمن إطار تنظيم عمل الغرف التجارية وتعزيز دورها في خدمة قطاع الأعمال، ودعم التنمية الاقتصادية، وتمكين القطاع الخاص في المنطقة.

ويأتي هذا التعيين في سياق حرص وزارة التجارة على ترسيخ الحوكمة المؤسسية، وضخ الكفاءات الوطنية في مجالس إدارات الغرف التجارية، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء، وتعزيز بيئة الأعمال، وتحقيق مستهدفات التنمية الاقتصادية في منطقة حائل.

The Minister of Commerce, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, has issued a ministerial decision appointing the members of the Board of Directors of the Hail Chamber for the upcoming term.

The decision includes the appointment of; Saud bin Farih Abdulaziz Al-Mouka, Salman bin Salah Salem Al-Sulaimi, Abdulrahman bin Salem Ibrahim Al-Luq, Ali bin Bandar Ali Al-Sudairi, Fahd bin Faid Hatal Al-Shammari, and Naif bin Abdulkarim Abdulhassan Al-Jameel as members of the Chamber's Board of Directors.

According to the decision, the membership of the council will commence from the date 22/7/1447 AH, for a duration of four years, within the framework of organizing the work of commercial chambers, enhancing their role in serving the business sector, supporting economic development, and empowering the private sector in the region.

This appointment comes as part of the Ministry of Commerce's commitment to establishing corporate governance and injecting national competencies into the boards of directors of commercial chambers, which contributes to improving performance efficiency, enhancing the business environment, and achieving the economic development targets in the Hail region.
