كشفت مصادر خاصة لـ«عكاظ» أن قائمتين تستعدان لتقديم طعون رسمية على قائمة ضخت مبلغ 5 ملايين ريال بعد إغلاق باب الترشح لإدارة الوحدة، وذلك إثر قرار اللجنة تمديد فترة التقديم من الساعة الرابعة عصراً إلى التاسعة مساءً بحجة وجود عطل فني.

وأوضحت المصادر أن القوائم الثلاث قدمت أسماء مرشحيها، ودفعت كل قائمة المبلغ المالي المقرر قبل الساعة الرابعة عصراً، موعد الإغلاق الرسمي، قبل أن تفاجأ بتمديد الفترة 5 ساعات إضافية، وهو ما قلب الموازين "رأساً على عقب" على حد وصف المصدر.

وأضاف المصدر لـ«عكاظ»: «من مبدأ العدالة وتكافؤ الفرص كان من المفترض إغلاق باب الصندوق المالي بعد الساعة الرابعة عصراً أمام الجميع، لكن الأموال التي دفعتها هذه القائمة بعد تقدم القوائم قبل الرابعة قلبت كل الموازين».

وأكد أن القائمتين المعترضتين على ثقة تامة في الشؤون القانونية بوزارة الرياضة بإنصاف الجميع، مشدداً: «في حال عدم قبول طعوننا في هذا الأمر سنصعّد الأمر إلى ديوان المظالم».

ولفت المصدر إلى أن باب تقديم الطعون على القوائم سيفتح ليوم واحد فقط هو يوم الاثنين القادم، وفقاً للجدول الزمني المعتمد.

Informed sources revealed to "Okaz" that two lists are preparing to submit official objections to a list that injected an amount of 5 million riyals after the nomination period for the management of the unit was closed, following the committee's decision to extend the submission period from 4 PM to 9 PM under the pretext of a technical malfunction.

The sources clarified that the three lists submitted their candidates' names and that each list paid the required financial amount before the official closing time of 4 PM, only to be surprised by the extension of the period by an additional 5 hours, which turned the scales "upside down," according to the source's description.

The source added to "Okaz": "From the principle of fairness and equal opportunities, the financial submission box should have been closed to everyone after 4 PM, but the money that this list paid after the lists had already submitted before 4 PM turned everything upside down."

He confirmed that the two lists objecting are fully confident in the legal affairs of the Ministry of Sports to ensure justice for all, emphasizing: "If our objections in this matter are not accepted, we will escalate the issue to the Board of Grievances."

The source pointed out that the door for submitting objections to the lists will be open for only one day, which is next Monday, according to the approved timetable.
