هذا السيناريو السريالي تحول إلى واقع ضجت به منصات التواصل الاجتماعي أخيراً، بعد تداول مقطع فيديو يوثق روبوتاً «يتسول» المارة في أحد الشوارع الصينية ببراعة فائقة. الروبوت الآلي لم يكتفِ بالوقوف، بل كان يؤدي حركات انحناء وتوسل لافتة تحاكي السلوك البشري بدقة، مما دفع بعض المشاة، مدفوعين بالدهشة والتعاطف، إلى وضع النقود في طبق مخصص أمامه.

المثير في الأمر أن هذا المتسول التكنولوجي واكب العصر تماماً؛ فلم يكتفِ بالطبق التقليدي، بل وُضعت بجانبه لافتة مطبوع عليها رمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR Code)، لتمكين المارة من إرسال «الصدقات الرقمية» عبر هواتفهم الذكية لمن لا يحمل «الكاش»!

لكن، هل وصلنا حقاً إلى زمن تحتاج فيه الروبوتات إلى الإحسان؟
بالتأكيد لا. فقد كشف ناشطون أن هذا المشهد الغريب ليس إلا «حملة إعلانية» ذكية ومبتكرة أطلقتها الشركة المصنعة. الهدف منها لم يكن جمع المال، بل استعراض القدرات الهائلة للروبوت في محاكاة الإيماءات والحركات البشرية الواقعية بشكل حيوي وصادم.

The robotic figure did not just stand still; it performed bending and pleading movements that closely mimic human behavior, prompting some pedestrians, driven by astonishment and empathy, to place money in a designated bowl in front of it.

What’s intriguing is that this technological beggar has kept up with the times; it not only had the traditional bowl, but a sign printed with a QR code was placed next to it, allowing passersby to send "digital donations" via their smartphones for those who do not carry cash!

But, have we really reached a time when robots need charity?
Certainly not. Activists revealed that this strange scene is nothing more than a clever and innovative "advertising campaign" launched by the manufacturing company. The goal was not to collect money, but to showcase the robot's immense capabilities in mimicking realistic human gestures and movements in a lively and shocking manner.

This amusing robot reflects a tremendous leap for China in the realm of future technologies. The matter is no longer limited to the streets; Beijing has recently begun testing advanced home robots capable of cleaning and managing daily tasks, clearly indicating that machines are starting to seamlessly - and sometimes unexpectedly - infiltrate the details of our daily lives.
