أعلن نادي جنوى الإيطالي توقيع عقد احترافي مع اللاعب العُماني الشاب صهيب الخروصي لمدة ثلاثة مواسم.
صفقة تاريخية
وجاء التوقيع خلال حفل افتتاح أكاديمية جنوى في سلطنة عُمان، ليصبح الخروصي أول لاعب عُماني في التاريخ ينضم إلى نادٍ في الدوري الإيطالي.
رسالة فخر وامتنان
من جانبه، كتب الخروصي عبر حسابه على موقع «إنستغرام»: «يشرفني ويسعدني توقيع أول عقد احترافي لي مع نادي جنوى، هذه اللحظة تُمثل سنوات من التضحية والعمل الجاد والتحديات والدروس والإيمان، رحلة ما كانت لتتحقق لولا دعم الكثيرين من حولي».
شكر لكل من دعمه
وأضاف: «شكراً لعائلتي وأقاربي على حبهم وتضحياتهم اللامحدودة، وشكراً لمدربيّ وزملائي في الفريق والمشجعين، ولكل من آمن بي وساهم في صقل شخصيتي كلاعب وإنسان، كما أتوجه بالشكر إلى وزارة الثقافة والرياضة والشباب والاتحاد العُماني لكرة القدم على دعمهما المتواصل للرياضيين العُمانيين وكرة القدم».
بداية تحدٍ جديد
وختم رسالته قائلاً: «هذه لحظة فخر، لكنها ليست النهاية، التحدي يبدأ الآن، والعمل الجاد يبدأ الآن، كل حصة تدريبية، وكل مباراة، وكل فرصة هي خطوة أخرى في هذه الرحلة. فخور بحمل علم سلطنة عُمان وتمثيل بلدي».
The Italian club Genoa announced the signing of a professional contract with the young Omani player Suhaib Al-Khrousi for a duration of three seasons.
A Historic Deal
The signing took place during the opening ceremony of the Genoa Academy in the Sultanate of Oman, making Al-Khrousi the first Omani player in history to join a club in the Italian league.
A Message of Pride and Gratitude
For his part, Al-Khrousi wrote on his Instagram account: “I am honored and delighted to sign my first professional contract with Genoa. This moment represents years of sacrifice, hard work, challenges, lessons, and faith. This journey would not have been possible without the support of many around me.”
Thanks to Everyone Who Supported Him
He added: “Thank you to my family and relatives for their love and endless sacrifices, and thanks to my coaches, teammates, and fans, and to everyone who believed in me and contributed to shaping my character as a player and a person. I also extend my gratitude to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth and the Oman Football Association for their continuous support of Omani athletes and football.”
A New Challenge Begins
He concluded his message by saying: “This is a moment of pride, but it is not the end. The challenge begins now, and hard work starts now. Every training session, every match, and every opportunity is another step in this journey. I am proud to carry the flag of the Sultanate of Oman and represent my country.”
