أعلنت السلطات الروسية استهداف منشآت للطاقة وموانئ وسفن قالت إن القوات الأوكرانية تستخدمها، وأشارت إلى أنها اعترضت ودمرت 199 طائرة مسيّرة أطلقتها أوكرانيا فوق مناطق روسية وشبه جزيرة القرم والبحر الأسود خلال الليل.

وأفادت وزارة الدفاع الروسية بأن قواتها واصلت، مساء الأحد وخلال الليل، استهداف منشآت للطاقة والموانئ الأوكرانية، إضافة إلى سفن قالت إنها تُستخدم لصالح القوات الأوكرانية، باستخدام طائرات مسيّرة. وأضافت أن الضربات طالت محطة كوتشيتوك الكهربائية الفرعية في خاركيف، إلى جانب ميناء فيلكوفو بمنطقة أوديسا، الذي قالت موسكو إن القوات الأوكرانية تستخدمه لنقل شحنات عسكرية.

وأكدت أن الضربات استهدفت مستودعات للوقود ومواد التشحيم في ميناء تشورنومورسك، قالت إنها مخصصة لتلبية حاجات القوات المسلحة الأوكرانية، فضلاً عن سفينة شحن قالت إنها كانت تحمل معدات عسكرية في الميناء، وأخرى كانت تنقل شحنات عسكرية جنوب مدينة أوديسا.

إسقاط 199 مسيّرة أوكرانية

وأعلنت وزارة الدفاع الروسية اعتراض وتدمير 199 طائرة مسيّرة أوكرانية خلال الفترة من الساعة الثامنة مساء الأحد حتى الثامنة من صباح الاثنين بالتوقيت المحلي. وقالت إن المسيّرات أُسقطت فوق مناطق بيلجورود وبريانسك وكالوجا وكورسك وأوريول وريازان وتولا وروستوف وموسكو وضواحيها وإقليم كراسنودار وشبه جزيرة القرم، إضافة إلى البحر الأسود.

وفي موسكو، قال رئيس البلدية سيرجي سوبيانين إن الدفاعات الجوية اعترضت ودمرت 9 طائرات مسيّرة كانت متجهة نحو العاصمة، مشيراً إلى أن فرق الطوارئ تعمل في مواقع سقوط الحطام. وكان سوبيانين أعلن، الأحد، إسقاط 14 مسيّرة كانت متجهة نحو موسكو.

ضحية و6 مصابين في بيلجورود

من جهته، أفاد حاكم المنطقة ألكسندر شوفاييف إن مدنياً قُتل وأصيب 6 آخرون، أحدهم في حالة خطيرة، جراء هجمات أوكرانية خلال الساعات الأربع والعشرين الماضية. وأضاف أن المنطقة تعرضت لـ153 هجوماً، شملت استخدام طائرات ومدفعية وراجمات صواريخ، فضلاً عن هجمات بطائرات مسيّرة، مشيراً إلى استهداف مدينة بيلجورود وعدد من المناطق الأخرى.

وفي روستوف، أعلن حاكم المنطقة يوري سليوسار أن الدفاعات الجوية دمرت 5 طائرات مسيّرة في مناطق مياسنيكوفسكي ونيكلينوفسكي وكراسنوسولينسكي.

هجوم على زابوروجيا النووية

بدوره، أعلن المدير العام لشركة "روساتوم" الروسية الحكومية أليكسي ليخاتشوف إن منشأتين في محطة زابوروجيا للطاقة النووية تعرضتا لهجوم، متهماً القوات الأوكرانية بالمسؤولية. وأوضح أن الهجوم ألحق أضراراً بسقفي مبنى المختبر، الواقع على بعد نحو 200 متر من وحدتي الطاقة الرابعة والخامسة، ومرفق لمعالجة النفايات المشعة، مؤكداً عدم وجود تهديد للسلامة النووية. وقال إن هجوماً بطائرة مسيّرة أوكرانية، في 4 أكتوبر، أدى إلى سقوط سائق مركبة كانت تنقل إمدادات غذائية لموظفي المحطة. وتسيطر القوات الروسية على محطة زابوروجيا، وهي الأكبر للطاقة النووية في أوروبا، منذ مارس 2022، فيما حذرت الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية مراراً من المخاطر التي تشكلها العمليات العسكرية في محيطها على السلامة والأمن النوويين.

The Russian authorities announced the targeting of energy facilities, ports, and ships that they claimed were being used by Ukrainian forces, and indicated that they intercepted and destroyed 199 drones launched by Ukraine over Russian territories, the Crimean Peninsula, and the Black Sea during the night.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that its forces continued, on Sunday evening and throughout the night, to target Ukrainian energy facilities and ports, in addition to ships that it claimed were being used for the benefit of Ukrainian forces, using drones. It added that the strikes hit the Kuchitok substation in Kharkiv, along with the Vylkovo port in the Odessa region, which Moscow claimed was being used by Ukrainian forces to transport military shipments.

It confirmed that the strikes targeted fuel and lubricant depots in the Chornomorsk port, which it said were designated to meet the needs of the Ukrainian armed forces, as well as a cargo ship that it claimed was carrying military equipment in the port, and another that was transporting military shipments south of the city of Odessa.

199 Ukrainian Drones Shot Down

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the interception and destruction of 199 Ukrainian drones during the period from 8 PM on Sunday to 8 AM on Monday local time. It stated that the drones were shot down over the regions of Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, Kursk, Oryol, Ryazan, Tula, Rostov, Moscow and its suburbs, Krasnodar Krai, and the Crimean Peninsula, in addition to the Black Sea.

In Moscow, Mayor Sergey Sobyanin stated that air defenses intercepted and destroyed 9 drones that were heading towards the capital, noting that emergency teams were working at the debris fall sites. Sobyanin had announced on Sunday the downing of 14 drones that were headed towards Moscow.

One Fatality and 6 Injured in Belgorod

For his part, the regional governor Alexander Shuvayev reported that one civilian was killed and 6 others were injured, one of them in serious condition, due to Ukrainian attacks over the past 24 hours. He added that the region had been subjected to 153 attacks, which included the use of drones, artillery, and rocket launchers, in addition to drone attacks, pointing to the targeting of the city of Belgorod and several other areas.

In Rostov, regional governor Yuri Slyusar announced that air defenses destroyed 5 drones in the Myasnikovsky, Nikolinovsky, and Krasnosulinsky areas.

Attack on Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant

For his part, the general director of the Russian state company "Rosatom," Alexey Likhachev, announced that two facilities at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant had been attacked, accusing Ukrainian forces of responsibility. He explained that the attack caused damage to the roofs of the laboratory building, located about 200 meters from the fourth and fifth power units, and a facility for processing radioactive waste, confirming that there was no threat to nuclear safety. He stated that an attack by a Ukrainian drone on October 4 led to the fall of a driver of a vehicle that was transporting food supplies for the plant's employees. Russian forces have controlled the Zaporizhzhia plant, the largest nuclear power plant in Europe, since March 2022, while the International Atomic Energy Agency has repeatedly warned of the risks posed by military operations in its vicinity to nuclear safety and security.
