قررت النيابة العامة المصرية حبس 6 متهمين احتياطياً، على خلفية اتهامات تتعلق بإدارة منصة «متصدقش» الإلكترونية، ونشر أخبار كاذبة وشائعات، وتلقي تمويلات مالية من الخارج، إلى جانب الانضمام إلى جماعة محظورة، وذلك ضمن التحقيقات في القضية رقم 8083 لسنة 2026 حصر أمن الدولة العليا.
وبحسب ما أعلنته النيابة، كشفت تحريات قطاع الأمن الوطني عن تكليف قيادات بجماعة الإخوان في الخارج عناصر تابعة لها بإنشاء منصات وصفحات إلكترونية، من بينها «متصدقش»، بهدف إثارة السخط الشعبي والتشكيك في أداء مؤسسات الدولة ومسؤوليها، والتحريض على التجمهر والتظاهر.
وعقب صدور إذن من النيابة العامة، ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية القبض على 6 أشخاص يعملون في إدارة المنصة داخل مصر، بينهم صحفي مقيد بنقابة الصحافيين.
أقوال المتهمين والتمويلات الخارجية
وأوضحت النيابة أن أحد المتهمين أقر خلال استجوابه بانتمائه وبقية المقبوض عليهم إلى اللجنة الإعلامية للجماعة، وتلقيهم تعليمات عبر تطبيقات تواصل مؤمنة لتنفيذ خطة إعلامية تستهدف إبراز السلبيات وتضخيم الأزمات الفئوية.
وأضاف المتهم، وفقاً للنيابة، أن العاملين بالمنصة كانوا يتلقون مبالغ شهرية بالدولار الأمريكي، عبر تحويلات بنكية من شركة يملكها قيادي هارب خارج البلاد.
في المقابل، أقر بقية المتهمين بالعمل في المنصة والحصول على مبالغ مالية دورية من الخارج، لكن معظمهم أنكروا الانضمام إلى الجماعة، فيما ذكر أحدهم أنه انفصل عنها قبل التحاقه بالعمل في الصفحة.
فحص الهواتف والحسابات
وأشارت النيابة إلى أن الفحص الفني للهواتف والحسابات الإلكترونية كشف وجود مجموعات تواصل مغلقة واتصالات مع القيادي الموجود بالخارج، إلى جانب تدوينات تدعو إلى إسقاط نظام الحكم.
وذكرت أن الفحص الفني أثبت وجود تلك التدوينات على حساب المتهم الصحفي، رغم إنكاره نشرها.
فحص ادعاءات المعاملة القاسية
وأكدت النيابة أن استجواب المتهمين جرى بحضور محاميهم وممثل عن نقابة الصحفيين، موضحة أنها أحالت 3 متهمين إلى مصلحة الطب الشرعي بعد ادعائهم التعرض لمعاملة قاسية.
وبحسب النيابة، خلصت تقارير الطب الشرعي إلى عدم وجود إصابات أو علامات تشير إلى تعرض المتهمين الثلاثة للعنف.
وقررت النيابة استمرار حبس المتهمين احتياطياً، مع مواصلة التحقيقات لكشف بقية ملابسات القضية.
The Egyptian Public Prosecution has decided to remand six defendants in custody, following accusations related to the management of the electronic platform "Motsadqesh," the dissemination of false news and rumors, receiving financial funding from abroad, and joining a banned group, as part of the investigations into case number 8083 for the year 2026, concerning state security.
According to the announcement by the prosecution, investigations by the National Security Sector revealed that leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood abroad tasked affiliated elements with creating electronic platforms and pages, including "Motsadqesh," with the aim of inciting public discontent and questioning the performance of state institutions and their officials, as well as inciting gatherings and protests.
Following the issuance of a warrant from the Public Prosecution, security forces arrested six individuals working in the management of the platform within Egypt, including a journalist registered with the Journalists' Syndicate.
Statements of the Defendants and Foreign Funding
The prosecution clarified that one of the defendants admitted during interrogation to belonging to the media committee of the group, along with the other detainees, and that they received instructions via secure communication applications to implement a media plan aimed at highlighting negatives and exaggerating sectoral crises.
The defendant added, according to the prosecution, that those working on the platform received monthly amounts in US dollars through bank transfers from a company owned by a fugitive leader outside the country.
In contrast, the other defendants acknowledged working on the platform and receiving periodic financial amounts from abroad, but most of them denied joining the group, while one mentioned that he had separated from it before joining the work on the page.
Examination of Phones and Accounts
The prosecution indicated that the technical examination of the phones and electronic accounts revealed the existence of closed communication groups and contacts with the leader abroad, in addition to posts calling for the overthrow of the ruling regime.
It noted that the technical examination proved the existence of those posts on the account of the journalist defendant, despite his denial of publishing them.
Examination of Claims of Harsh Treatment
The prosecution confirmed that the interrogation of the defendants took place in the presence of their lawyer and a representative from the Journalists' Syndicate, explaining that it referred three defendants to the Forensic Medicine Authority after they claimed to have been subjected to harsh treatment.
According to the prosecution, forensic reports concluded that there were no injuries or signs indicating that the three defendants had been subjected to violence.
The prosecution decided to continue the remand of the defendants in custody, while investigations continue to uncover the remaining circumstances of the case.
