أعلنت الصحة القابضة طرح 4291 فرصة وظيفية جديدة للممارسين الصحيين السعوديين في عدد من التخصصات، عبر التجمعات الصحية العشرين في كافة مناطق المملكة، ضمن جهودها المستمرة لاستقطاب الكفاءات الوطنية، وتلبية حاجات التجمعات الصحية، وتعزيز جاهزيتها لتقديم خدمات صحية عالية الجودة.

وبهذا الإعلان، يرتفع مجموع التوظيف وعقود التدريب المنتهية بالتوظيف والفرص الوظيفية الجديدة خلال العام الحالي 2026 إلى 19610، تشمل توظيف 12914 من الكفاءات الوطنية، واعتماد 2405 عقود تدريب منتهية بالتوظيف، إضافة إلى 4291 فرصة وظيفية مطروحة في الإعلان الحالي.

ويعكس ذلك استمرار جهود الصحة القابضة والتجمعات الصحية في توفير الفرص المهنية للكفاءات الوطنية، وتطوير مسارات التوظيف والتأهيل، بما يواكب حاجات القطاع الصحي الحالية والمستقبلية، ويسهم في رفع كفاءة الخدمات الصحية وتحسين تجربة المستفيدين.

وأوضحت الصحة القابضة أن التقديم على الوظائف الجديدة متاح إلكترونياً عبر بوابات التوظيف الخاصة بالتجمعات الصحية، حيث يمكن للراغبين الاطلاع على الفرص ومتطلبات كل وظيفة والتقديم عليها خلال 15 يوماً من إعلان التجمعات الصحية.

يُذكر أن الصحة القابضة هي شركة وطنية تتولى تقديم الرعاية الصحية الشاملة والمتكاملة من خلال 20 تجمعاً صحياً يستهدف خدمة السكان في جميع مناطق المملكة، وفق نموذج الرعاية الصحية السعودي الذي يضع الإنسان في محور اهتمامه، ويركز على تفعيل الوقاية قبل العلاج، والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات الصحية، وتقديم مستويات خدمة جديدة تسهل وصول المستفيدين إليها، تحقيقاً لمستهدفات برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي -أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030-.

The Holding Health announced the launch of 4,291 new job opportunities for Saudi health practitioners in various specialties, through the twenty health clusters across all regions of the Kingdom, as part of its ongoing efforts to attract national talents, meet the needs of health clusters, and enhance their readiness to provide high-quality health services.

With this announcement, the total number of employment and training contracts ending with employment and new job opportunities during the current year 2026 rises to 19,610, including the employment of 12,914 national talents, the approval of 2,405 training contracts ending with employment, in addition to the 4,291 job opportunities presented in the current announcement.

This reflects the continued efforts of the Holding Health and health clusters to provide professional opportunities for national talents, and to develop employment and qualification pathways, in line with the current and future needs of the health sector, contributing to enhancing the efficiency of health services and improving the experience of beneficiaries.

The Holding Health clarified that applications for the new jobs are available electronically through the employment portals of the health clusters, where interested individuals can view the opportunities and requirements for each job and apply within 15 days of the announcement by the health clusters.

It is worth mentioning that the Holding Health is a national company responsible for providing comprehensive and integrated healthcare through 20 health clusters aimed at serving the population in all regions of the Kingdom, according to the Saudi healthcare model that places the individual at the center of its focus, emphasizing the activation of prevention before treatment, enhancing the quality of health services, and providing new service levels that facilitate beneficiaries' access to them, in line with the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program - one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030.
