قررت وزارة الأمن الداخلي الأمريكية، حظر استخدام نموذج الذكاء الاصطناعي الصيني «DeepSeek» وخدماته المرتبطة على الأنظمة التقنية التابعة للوكالات الحكومية المدنية، في خطوة تعكس تصاعد المخاوف الأمريكية بشأن أمن البيانات والمخاطر السيبرانية المرتبطة بالتقنيات الصينية. ويأتي القرار ضمن توجه أمريكي لتشديد الرقابة على الأدوات الرقمية المستخدمة داخل المؤسسات الحكومية، خصوصاً الأنظمة القادرة على معالجة المعلومات وتحليل البيانات، وسط تساؤلات بشأن كيفية تخزين البيانات وحمايتها وإمكان وصول أطراف خارجية إليها.

ويضع الحظر «DeepSeek» أمام تحديات جديدة في السوق الأمريكية، بعدما برزت النماذج الصينية منافساً في صناعة الذكاء الاصطناعي، مستفيدة من تطوير تقنيات متقدمة وتقديم خدمات بتكاليف تنافسية.

كما يعكس القرار انتقال المنافسة التقنية بين واشنطن وبكين إلى مستوى يتجاوز تطوير النماذج والمعالجات، ليشمل الثقة في مصادر التكنولوجيا المستخدمة داخل المؤسسات الحساسة.
