أوضح مدرب منتخب مصر حسام حسن، خلال المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عقد بعد نهاية ودية مصر والبرازيل، أن المنتخب المصري واجه منتخباً قوياً ومميزاً، وكان يبحث عن الفوز.

وقال: «الهدف من مواجهة منتخبات كبيرة، هو الإعداد القوي قبل كأس العالم، مضيفاً أن مصطفى زيكو من مكاسب المباراة ومنتخب مصر، وانتظر الكثير منه، بينما نفتقد إسلام عيسى ومحمد حمدي، للإصابة».

وأضاف: «أبحث دائماً عن أفضل اللاعبين، وأعمل على انضمام اللاعب المناسب للمنتخب والمباريات وفقاً لكل مرحلة، مشيراً إلى أن تواجد الحارس مصطفى شوبير لأنه مميز دائماً، ويسعى لتكوين فريق لمستقبل الكرة المصرية».

وأكد حسام حسن أن المباراة الأولى في كأس العالم أمام بلجيكا ستكون صعبة للغاية، ومجموعتنا قوية، وأما اللاعب محمد صلاح فقد خضع لبرنامج تأهيلي مع ليفربول ثم منتخب مصر، وأصبح جاهزاً لخوض المباريات، فيما

حمزة عبدالكريم من اللاعبين الجيدين وأعمل على إكسابه خبرة وقوة المباريات.

واختتم المؤتمر الصحفي، بقوله: «أنا سعيد بالتجارب الأخيرة للمنتخب المصري أمام منتخبات السعودية وروسيا وإسبانيا، وكذلك بتصريحات مدرب البرازيل كارلو أنشيلوتي، عن منتخب بلادي».

Egypt's national team coach Hossam Hassan clarified during the press conference held after the friendly match between Egypt and Brazil that the Egyptian team faced a strong and distinguished opponent, and was looking for victory.

He said: "The goal of facing big teams is to prepare strongly before the World Cup," adding that Mustafa Ziko is one of the gains from the match and the Egyptian team, and he expects a lot from him, while we miss Islam Issa and Mohamed Hamdy due to injury."

He added: "I am always looking for the best players, and I work on bringing the right player to the team and matches according to each stage, noting that the presence of goalkeeper Mustafa Shobeir is always special, and he is working to form a team for the future of Egyptian football."

Hossam Hassan confirmed that the first match in the World Cup against Belgium will be very difficult, and our group is strong. As for player Mohamed Salah, he has undergone a rehabilitation program with Liverpool and then with the Egyptian national team, and he is now ready to participate in matches, while

Hamza Abdelkarim is one of the good players, and I am working to give him experience and strength in matches.
