أعلنت لجنة الحكام في الاتحاد الخليجي لكرة القدم تعيينات الحكام المكلفين بإدارة مباراتي اليوم الثالث من منافسات «خليجي 27»، والمقررتين غداً (السبت) 26 سبتمبر، مع انطلاق مواجهات الجولة الثانية من منافسات المجموعة الأولى التي تضم منتخبات السعودية، والكويت، والعراق، وعمان.

وتقام النسخة السابعة والعشرون من كأس الخليج في مدينة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية خلال الفترة من 23 سبتمبر حتى 6 أكتوبر 2026، تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، بمشاركة ثمانية منتخبات تتنافس في 15 مباراة.

وأسندت اللجنة إدارة مباراة الكويت والعراق، التي تقام على استاد الأمير عبدالله الفيصل، إلى الحكم المغربي جلال جيد، ويعاونه مواطناه زكرياء برنسي ومصطفى أكركاض، فيما يتولى الهولندي داني ماكليلي مهمة الحكم الرابع. وفي تقنية حكم الفيديو المساعد (VAR)، تم تعيين المغربي حمزة الفارق حكمًا للفيديو، والهولندي أروين بلانك مساعدًا لحكم الفيديو، فيما يتولى البحريني علي السماهيجي مهمة مقيم الحكام.

أما المباراة الثانية، التي تجمع السعودية وعمان على استاد مدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية، فقد أسندت لجنة الحكام إدارتها إلى الحكم البحريني عمار محفوظ، ويعاونه مواطناه محمد جعفر سلمان، وعبدالله الرويمي، فيما يتولى البرتغالي جواو بينيرو مهمة الحكم الرابع. وفي تقنية حكم الفيديو المساعد (VAR)، تم تعيين القطري مشاري الشمري حكمًا للفيديو، والبحريني اسماعيل حبيب مساعدًا لحكم الفيديو، فيما يتولى الإماراتي حمد المزروعي مهمة مقيم الحكام.

وتأتي هذه التعيينات ضمن البرنامج التحكيمي للنسخة السابعة والعشرين من البطولة، التي تشهد مشاركة حكام من دول الخليج إلى جانب حكام دوليين من خارج المنطقة، في إطار توجه الاتحاد الخليجي لكرة القدم نحو تعزيز تبادل الخبرات والاستفادة من التجارب التحكيمية المختلفة.

وتشهد البطولة مشاركة حكام من المغرب في إطار اتفاقية التعاون الموقعة بين الاتحاد الخليجي لكرة القدم والاتحاد الإفريقي لكرة القدم (CAF)، إلى جانب حكام من الأردن والصين وهولندا والبرتغال، بما يعكس الانفتاح على الخبرات الدولية وتطوير منظومة التحكيم في البطولة.

وكان الحكام المشاركون قد خضعوا قبل انطلاق المنافسات إلى معسكر تحضيري في جدة تضمن جلسات نظرية وتدريبات عملية وبرامج لرفع الجاهزية البدنية، إلى جانب تدريبات خاصة بتقنية حكم الفيديو المساعد (VAR)، بهدف تعزيز التنسيق والاستعداد الفني قبل انطلاق مباريات البطولة.

The Referees Committee of the Gulf Football Federation announced the appointments of the referees assigned to manage the matches on the third day of the "Gulf 27" competitions, scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday) September 26, with the start of the second round of the group stage that includes the teams of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, and Oman.

The twenty-seventh edition of the Gulf Cup is being held in the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from September 23 to October 6, 2026, under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, with the participation of eight teams competing in 15 matches.

The committee has assigned the management of the match between Kuwait and Iraq, which will take place at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium, to Moroccan referee Jalal Jaid, assisted by his compatriots Zakaria Berenzi and Mustafa Akrakad, while Dutch referee Danny Makkelie will serve as the fourth official. In the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) technology, Moroccan Hamza Al-Fariq has been appointed as the video referee, and Dutch Erwin Blank as the assistant video referee, while Bahraini Ali Al-Samahiji will serve as the referee observer.

As for the second match, which brings together Saudi Arabia and Oman at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium, the Referees Committee has assigned Bahraini referee Ammar Mahfouz to manage it, assisted by his compatriots Mohammed Jaafar Salman and Abdullah Al-Ruwaimi, while Portuguese João Pinheiro will serve as the fourth official. In the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) technology, Qatari Mishari Al-Shammari has been appointed as the video referee, Bahraini Ismail Habib as the assistant video referee, while Emirati Hamad Al-Mazrouei will serve as the referee observer.

These appointments come as part of the refereeing program for the twenty-seventh edition of the tournament, which witnesses the participation of referees from Gulf countries alongside international referees from outside the region, as part of the Gulf Football Federation's approach to enhance the exchange of experiences and benefit from various refereeing practices.

The tournament features the participation of referees from Morocco under the cooperation agreement signed between the Gulf Football Federation and the African Football Confederation (CAF), alongside referees from Jordan, China, the Netherlands, and Portugal, reflecting the openness to international experiences and the development of the refereeing system in the tournament.

The participating referees underwent a preparatory camp in Jeddah before the competitions began, which included theoretical sessions, practical training, and programs to enhance physical readiness, in addition to special training on Video Assistant Referee (VAR) technology, aimed at improving coordination and technical preparedness before the tournament matches commence.
