كثّفت اللجنة المحلية المنظمة لبطولة كأس آسيا «2027 السعودية»، برامجها الميدانية الخاصة بمتطوعي بطولة كأس آسيا تحت 23 عاماً «2026 السعودية»، ضمن مراحل الاستعداد النهائية لانطلاق النسخة السابعة من البطولة، التي تستضيفها المملكة خلال الفترة من 6 إلى 24 يناير الجاري، بمشاركة 16 منتخباً آسيوياً في مدينتي الرياض وجدة.

وشهدت ملاعب البطولة الأربعة تنظيم تدريبات ميدانية للمتطوعين؛ شملت ملعب مدينة الأمير فيصل بن فهد الرياضية، وملعب نادي الشباب في الرياض، وملعب مدينة الأمير عبدالله الفيصل الرياضية، والملعب الرديف بمدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية في جدة، وهدفت إلى رفع مستوى الجاهزية التشغيلية، والتعريف بالمنشآت الرياضية ومرافقها، إضافة إلى تنفيذ تدريبات عملية تحاكي بيئة العمل أثناء المباريات، وذلك عقب اجتياز المتطوعين البرامج التدريبية النظرية العامة والمتخصِّصة التي خضعوا لها خلال الفترة الماضية.

وتركزت التدريبات الميدانية لأكثر من 600 متطوع على تمكينهم من فهم أدوارهم التنظيمية بشكل عملي، والاطلاع على مسارات الحركة داخل الملاعب، وآليات التنسيق بين الفرق التشغيلية، بما يعزز كفاءة الأداء ويضمن انسجام العمل خلال أيام البطولة. وشملت الجولات الميدانية تعريف المتطوعين بمناطق الجماهير، ومواقع الفرق والإعلام، ومناطق الخدمات والدعم، بما يرسّخ جاهزيتهم للعمل ضمن منظومة تشغيلية متكاملة.

واعتمدت اللجنة المحلية المنظمة برنامجاً تحفيزياً بعنوان «جواز المتطوع»، يُمنح لكل متطوع مشارك في البطولات التي تشرف عليها اللجنة، إذ تُوثق مشاركته عبر ختم خاص عند إتمام كل مهمة بنجاح، في تجربة تهدف إلى تعزيز روح الانتماء والاستمرارية، وتمكين المتطوعين من بناء سجل تطوعي يمتد حتى ختام كأس آسيا «2027 السعودية».

ويأتي البرنامج امتداداً لنهج اللجنة المحلية المنظمة في تطوير تجربة التطوع وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية، والاستثمار في الكفاءات الوطنية الشابة، بوصف المتطوعين عنصراً محورياً في نجاح الأحداث الرياضية الكبرى، وإحدى ركائز بناء مجتمع حيوي ضمن مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.

وتُعد بطولة كأس آسيا تحت 23 عاماً محطة رئيسة في مسار الاستعداد لاستضافة كأس آسيا 2027، بما تحمله من فرص عملية لاختبار الجاهزية التنظيمية والبشرية، وتعزيز الخبرات الوطنية في إدارة البطولات القارية والدولية.

The local organizing committee for the AFC Asian Cup "2027 Saudi Arabia" has intensified its field programs for volunteers of the AFC U-23 Asian Cup "2026 Saudi Arabia" as part of the final preparations for the seventh edition of the tournament, which will be hosted by the Kingdom from January 6 to 24, with the participation of 16 Asian teams in the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah.

The four tournament venues witnessed the organization of field training for volunteers, which included the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Sports City Stadium, the Al-Shabab Club Stadium in Riyadh, the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports City Stadium, and the secondary stadium at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah. The aim was to enhance operational readiness, familiarize them with the sports facilities and their amenities, in addition to conducting practical training that simulates the working environment during matches, following the volunteers' completion of the general and specialized theoretical training programs they underwent in the past period.

The field training for more than 600 volunteers focused on enabling them to understand their organizational roles practically, familiarize themselves with the movement pathways within the stadiums, and the coordination mechanisms between operational teams, which enhances performance efficiency and ensures the harmony of work during the tournament days. The field tours included introducing volunteers to fan areas, team and media locations, and service and support areas, reinforcing their readiness to work within a comprehensive operational system.

The local organizing committee adopted an incentive program titled "Volunteer Passport," which is granted to each volunteer participating in the tournaments overseen by the committee. Their participation is documented through a special stamp upon successfully completing each task, in an experience aimed at enhancing the spirit of belonging and continuity, and enabling volunteers to build a volunteer record that extends until the conclusion of the AFC Asian Cup "2027 Saudi Arabia."

This program is an extension of the local organizing committee's approach to developing the volunteer experience according to the best global practices and investing in young national talents, considering volunteers as a pivotal element in the success of major sporting events and one of the pillars of building a vibrant community within the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.

The U-23 Asian Cup is a key milestone in the preparation for hosting the 2027 Asian Cup, offering practical opportunities to test organizational and human readiness and enhance national expertise in managing continental and international tournaments.
