أكد أمين عام مجلس حضرموت الوطني عصام الكثيري لـ«عكاظ»، أن حزمة المشاريع والمبادرات التي أعلنتها السعودية بإجمالي 1.9 مليار دولار عبر البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن، تمثل امتدادًا لنهج المملكة الداعم لاستقرار اليمن وتحسين ظروفه المعيشية.

وقال إن هذه المشاريع شملت قطاعات حيوية وأساسية تمس حياة المواطنين بشكل مباشر، وفي مقدمتها الصحة والتعليم والطاقة والبنية التحتية، و يمثل رسالة واضحة على عمق الموقف الأخوي الصادق للمملكة وحرص قيادتها على دعم استقرار اليمن والنهوض بواقعه الخدمي والتنموي، وفي مقدمة ذلك محافظة حضرموت.

وأشار الكثيري إلى أن هذه المشاريع ستسهم بشكل مباشر في تحسين مستوى الخدمات والظروف المعيشية للمواطنين، وتعزيز مقومات التنمية المستدامة، بما يعكس رؤية المملكة الثابتة في دعم الشعب اليمني بعيدًا عن أي اعتبارات ضيقة.

وأضاف أن مجلس حضرموت الوطني يثمّن عاليًا هذا الدعم السخي والمتواصل، معربًا عن بالغ الشكر والتقدير لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز وولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، ووزير الدفاع الأمير خالد بن سلمان، على ما يولونه من اهتمام خاص بحضرموت وأبنائها.

وأكد أمين عام المجلس أن حضرموت تنظر إلى السعودية بوصفها الشريك والداعم الحقيقي، مشددًا على أن ما تقدمه المملكة اليوم من مشاريع تنموية وإنسانية يشكل ركيزة أساسية لترسيخ الاستقرار وبناء مستقبل أفضل لأبناء حضرموت واليمن عمومًا.

وثمّن مجلس حضرموت الوطني في بيان صحفي الدور الأخوي الصادق الذي تضطلع به السعودية تجاه اليمن، مشيدًا بحزمة المشاريع والمبادرات التنموية التي أعلنتها المملكة، والتي شملت قطاعات حيوية وأساسية تمس حياة المواطنين بشكل مباشر، وفي مقدمتها الصحة والتعليم والطاقة والبنية التحتية.

1.9 مليار دولار

وأوضح المجلس أن المشاريع المعلنة، التي بلغ إجمالي تمويلها نحو 1.9 مليار دولار عبر البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن، تمثل امتدادًا لنهج المملكة الداعم لاستقرار اليمن وتحسين ظروفه المعيشية، مؤكداً أن محافظة حضرموت حظيت بنصيب وافر من هذه المشاريع النوعية التي تسهم في تعزيز مقومات التنمية المستدامة وترسيخ الاستقرار بعيدًا عن أي اعتبارات ضيقة.

وأكد المجلس أن هذا الدعم يعكس حرص قيادة المملكة على الوقوف إلى جانب الشعب اليمني، ودعم مسارات التنمية والخدمات الأساسية، بما يسهم في تحسين جودة الحياة وبناء مستقبل أكثر استقرارًا للمحافظات اليمنية.

The Secretary-General of the National Council of Hadhramaut, Issam Al-Kathiri, confirmed to "Okaz" that the package of projects and initiatives announced by Saudi Arabia, totaling $1.9 billion through the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, represents an extension of the Kingdom's approach to supporting the stability of Yemen and improving its living conditions.

He stated that these projects included vital and essential sectors that directly affect the lives of citizens, foremost among them health, education, energy, and infrastructure. This represents a clear message about the depth of the sincere brotherly stance of the Kingdom and the leadership's commitment to supporting the stability of Yemen and advancing its service and developmental reality, particularly in Hadhramaut Governorate.

Al-Kathiri pointed out that these projects will directly contribute to improving the level of services and living conditions for citizens, and enhancing the foundations of sustainable development, reflecting the Kingdom's steadfast vision in supporting the Yemeni people away from any narrow considerations.

He added that the National Council of Hadhramaut highly appreciates this generous and continuous support, expressing deep gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman, for their special attention to Hadhramaut and its people.

The Secretary-General of the Council affirmed that Hadhramaut views Saudi Arabia as a true partner and supporter, emphasizing that what the Kingdom is providing today in terms of developmental and humanitarian projects constitutes a fundamental pillar for establishing stability and building a better future for the people of Hadhramaut and Yemen in general.

The National Council of Hadhramaut valued in a press statement the sincere brotherly role that Saudi Arabia plays towards Yemen, praising the package of developmental projects and initiatives announced by the Kingdom, which included vital and essential sectors that directly affect the lives of citizens, foremost among them health, education, energy, and infrastructure.

The Council clarified that the announced projects, with a total funding of approximately $1.9 billion through the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, represent an extension of the Kingdom's approach to supporting the stability of Yemen and improving its living conditions, affirming that Hadhramaut Governorate has received a significant share of these quality projects that contribute to enhancing the foundations of sustainable development and establishing stability away from any narrow considerations.

The Council confirmed that this support reflects the leadership's commitment to standing by the Yemeni people and supporting the paths of development and basic services, contributing to improving the quality of life and building a more stable future for the Yemeni governorates.
