أكدت منصة «قوى» التابعة لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، أن حاملي الإقامة المميزة يستلزم عليهم إصدار «رخصة عمل لحاملي الإقامة المميزة» المتاحة في المنصة، وتبلغ رسومها 100 ريال.

وبينت المنصة، أن رسوم الاشتراك في المنصة تختلف بحسب حجم المنشأة، ويتم احتسابها بناءً على إجمالي عدد الموظفين المسجلين تحت الرقم الموحد للمنشأة.

وأوضحت المنصة، أنه يمكن توثيق عقود التدريب لمستفيدي برنامج «تمهير» عبر منصة «قوى»، مشيرة إلى أن عقود التدريب لا تُحتسب ضمن نسب التوطين أو نسب الالتزام الحالية الخاصة بتوثيق عقود العمل.

وأضافت، أن سداد رسوم الخدمات يتم عبر البطاقة البنكية أو رقم السداد أو من خلال محفظة «قوى».

وأشارت إلى أنه في حال اختيار سبب إنهاء العلاقة التعاقدية «استقالة»، فإن التراجع عن الاستقالة يكون متاحًا لمدة 7 أيام، ما لم يقبل صاحب العمل طلب الاستقالة أو يؤجل البت فيه خلال هذه المدة.

وأكدت المنصة، أن فترة الإشعار يتم احتسابها وفق المدة المحددة في عقد العمل، وتختلف من موظف إلى آخر بحسب ما هو منصوص عليه في العقد.

كما أوضحت «قوى»، أنه لا يمكن تعديل بيانات التأشيرة بعد إصدارها، وفي حال وجود خطأ في البيانات يمكن إلغاء التأشيرة وإصدار تأشيرة بديلة بالمعلومات الصحيحة.

The "Qiwa" platform, affiliated with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, confirmed that holders of the premium residency are required to issue a "Work Permit for Premium Residency Holders" available on the platform, with a fee of 100 riyals.

The platform indicated that the subscription fees vary based on the size of the establishment and are calculated based on the total number of employees registered under the establishment's unified number.

The platform clarified that training contracts for beneficiaries of the "Tamheer" program can be documented through the "Qiwa" platform, noting that training contracts are not counted within the current localization percentages or the commitment percentages related to documenting employment contracts.

It added that service fees can be paid via bank card, payment number, or through the "Qiwa" wallet.

It pointed out that if the reason for terminating the contractual relationship is "resignation," the retraction of the resignation is available for 7 days, unless the employer accepts the resignation request or postpones the decision during this period.

The platform confirmed that the notice period is calculated according to the duration specified in the employment contract, which varies from one employee to another based on what is stipulated in the contract.

Additionally, "Qiwa" explained that visa data cannot be modified after issuance, and in case of an error in the data, the visa can be canceled and a replacement visa issued with the correct information.
