شهدت أزمة المطربة المصرية بوسي القضائية تطوراً جديداً، بعدما سددت 6 ملايين جنيه قيمة المبلغ محل قضية الشيكات دون رصيد، وأعلنت رسمياً تصالحها مع المجني عليه أمام هيئة المحكمة، في خطوة تمهد لإنهاء النزاع القانوني الممتد منذ سنوات.
تأجيل الاستئناف إلى 13 أكتوبر
وقررت محكمة مستأنف جنح الهرم بالجيزة تأجيل نظر الاستئناف المقدم من بوسي على حكم حبسها إلى جلسة 13 أكتوبر القادم، لاستكمال إجراءات التصالح واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة في القضية.
وجاء القرار خلال ثاني جلسات نظر الاستئناف، التي شهدت حضور بوسي إلى مقر المحكمة بشكل إلزامي، بعدما سلمت نفسها إلى حرس المحكمة، حيث جرى التحفظ عليها لحين الانتهاء من إجراءات الجلسة.
إخلاء سبيل بوسي بعد انتهاء الجلسة
وظهرت بوسي داخل المحكمة مرتدية كمامة وقبعة، قبل أن تنتهي الجلسة بقرار إخلاء سبيلها، بالتزامن مع بدء استكمال إجراءات التصالح رسمياً أمام هيئة المحكمة.
وكانت المطربة قد سددت المبلغ محل النزاع قبل نظر الجلسة، لتتخذ إجراءات التصالح مسارها القانوني، على أن تستكمل المحكمة باقي الإجراءات خلال الجلسة المحددة في أكتوبر القادم.
تفاصيل الأزمة منذ 2015
وتعود القضية إلى عام 2015، وتحمل رقم 40245 لسنة 2015، عندما أوقفت الأجهزة الأمنية بوسي داخل مطار القاهرة ومنعتها من السفر، على خلفية صدور أحكام قضائية ضدها في قضايا مرتبطة بإصدار شيكات دون رصيد.
وكانت الأحكام الصادرة بحقها قد تضمنت عقوبات بالحبس وصلت إلى 6 سنوات، إلى جانب مبالغ مالية وغرامات بلغ إجماليها 6 ملايين جنيه، قبل أن تشهد القضية تطوراً جديداً بعد سداد المبلغ وإعلان التصالح أمام المحكمة.

Postponement of the appeal to October 13
The Heliopolis Misdemeanor Appeals Court in Giza decided to postpone the appeal submitted by Bousi against her imprisonment sentence to the session on October 13, to complete the reconciliation procedures and take the necessary legal actions in the case.
The decision came during the second session of the appeal, which saw Bousi's mandatory attendance at the court, after she surrendered herself to the court guards, where she was detained until the session procedures were completed.

Bousi appeared in court wearing a mask and a hat, before the session ended with a decision to release her, coinciding with the start of officially completing the reconciliation procedures before the court.
The singer had paid the disputed amount before the session, allowing the reconciliation procedures to take their legal course, with the court set to complete the remaining procedures during the session scheduled for next October.
Details of the crisis since 2015
The case dates back to 2015 and carries the number 40245 for the year 2015, when security forces detained Bousi at Cairo Airport and prevented her from traveling, following the issuance of judicial rulings against her in cases related to issuing bounced checks.
The rulings against her included prison sentences of up to 6 years, in addition to financial amounts and fines totaling 6 million Egyptian pounds, before the case witnessed a new development after the payment of the amount and the announcement of reconciliation before the court.
