أكد تقرير صحفي اقتراب نجم كرة القدم التركية السابق أردا توران من تدريب منتخب بلاده خلال الفترة المقبلة، خلفًا للإيطالي فينتشنزو مونتيلا.
مونتيلا على أعتاب الرحيل
وبحسب ما نقلته شبكة «فوت ميركاتو» الفرنسية، من المتوقع إقالة مدرب المنتخب التركي بعد خسارته جميع مبارياته الأربع في دوري الأمم الأوروبية أمام فرنسا (0-1)، وإيطاليا (1-4 و1-3)، وبلجيكا (0-3)، مع تصدر توران قائمة المرشحين لخلافته.
وتولى مونتيلا المسؤولية منذ سبتمبر 2023، ومدد عقده العام الماضي حتى عام 2028، وفي حال إقالته سيحصل على تعويض يقل قليلًا عن مليون يورو، ويعد توران المرشح الأبرز لخلافته.
تجربتان في عالم التدريب
ويمتلك أردا توران، البالغ من العمر 39 عامًا، تجربتين تدريبيتين فقط، إذ بدأ مشواره التدريبي بقيادة أيوب سبور التركي في 2023، بينما خاض ثاني تجاربه مع شاختار الأوكراني في يوليو 2025.
مسيرة مميزة مع المنتخب التركي
ويمتلك لاعب الوسط الهجومي السابق مسيرة مميزة مع المنتخب التركي، إذ خاض 100 مباراة دولية، سجل خلالها 16 هدفًا، أما على مستوى الأندية، فقد لعب لاثنين من أفضل أندية العالم، هما برشلونة وأتلتيكو مدريد.
A press report confirmed that former Turkish football star Arda Turan is close to coaching his national team in the near future, succeeding Italian Vincenzo Montella.
Montella on the verge of departure
According to what was reported by the French network "Foot Mercato," the Turkish national team coach is expected to be dismissed after losing all four of his matches in the UEFA Nations League against France (0-1), Italy (1-4 and 1-3), and Belgium (0-3), with Turan topping the list of candidates to replace him.
Montella has been in charge since September 2023 and extended his contract last year until 2028. If he is dismissed, he will receive compensation of just under one million euros, and Turan is the leading candidate to succeed him.
Two experiences in the coaching world
Arda Turan, who is 39 years old, has only two coaching experiences, starting his coaching career with Turkish club Ayyub Spor in 2023, while he had his second experience with Ukrainian club Shakhtar in July 2025.
A distinguished career with the Turkish national team
The former attacking midfielder has a distinguished career with the Turkish national team, having played 100 international matches, during which he scored 16 goals. At the club level, he has played for two of the best clubs in the world, Barcelona and Atlético Madrid.
