تحولت مشاجرة عائلية في العاصمة العراقية بغداد إلى فاجعة أودت بحياة شخصين، بعدما أقدم أحد الشقيقين على إطلاق النار على شقيقه، فيما فارق ابن شقيقهما الثالث الحياة بشكل مفاجئ أثناء وقوع المشاجرة.
ووقعت الحادثة في منطقة الشعب شمالي بغداد، حيث اندلع خلاف بين شقيقين قبل أن يتطور سريعاً إلى مشاجرة عنيفة، استخدم خلالها أحد الطرفين سلاحاً نارياً وأطلق النار باتجاه شقيقه، ما أدى إلى وفاته في مكان الحادث.
وبحسب مصدر أمني نقلت عنه وسائل إعلام عراقية، فإن الحادثة لم تقتصر على مقتل أحد الشقيقين، إذ توفي أيضاً ابن شقيقهما الثالث، الذي كان موجوداً في موقع المشاجرة أثناء وقوعها.
وأوضح المصدر أن الشاب فارق الحياة إثر تعرضه لسكتة قلبية خلال المشاجرة، مشيراً إلى أن تحديد سبب الوفاة بشكل نهائي سيُحسم بعد استكمال الإجراءات الطبية وإحالة الجثة إلى دائرة الطب العدلي.
وعقب وقوع الحادث، تحركت القوات الأمنية إلى موقع المشاجرة، وتمكنت من إلقاء القبض على المتهم بإطلاق النار، قبل إيداعه التوقيف تمهيداً لاستكمال التحقيقات واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقه.
وتواصل الجهات المختصة التحقيق في ملابسات الواقعة، فيما ينتظر أن تكشف نتائج التحقيق والطب العدلي مزيداً من التفاصيل بشأن أسباب الوفاة الثانية والظروف التي أحاطت بالمأساة العائلية.
A family dispute in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, turned into a tragedy that claimed the lives of two people, after one of the brothers shot his sibling, while the third nephew unexpectedly passed away during the altercation.
The incident occurred in the Al-Shu'la area in northern Baghdad, where a disagreement between the two brothers quickly escalated into a violent brawl, during which one party used a firearm and shot at his brother, resulting in his death at the scene.
According to a security source quoted by Iraqi media, the incident did not only involve the death of one brother, as the third nephew, who was present at the scene of the brawl, also died.
The source clarified that the young man passed away due to a heart attack during the fight, noting that the final determination of the cause of death will be made after the completion of medical procedures and the transfer of the body to the forensic medicine department.
Following the incident, security forces moved to the scene of the brawl and were able to arrest the suspect who fired the shots, before placing him in custody pending the completion of investigations and legal actions against him.
The relevant authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the incident, while the results of the investigation and forensic medicine are expected to reveal more details regarding the second cause of death and the circumstances surrounding the family tragedy.
