وتؤكد الرؤية الرسمية لوزارة الخارجية أن تعزيز الأمن والاستقرار والازدهار في المنطقة والعالم يمثل محوراً أساسياً للدبلوماسية السعودية.
وحين تواجه المملكة خصوماً أو تهديدات تمس أمنها ومصالحها فإنها لا تتحرك بردود فعل عشوائية بل وفق حسابات دولة تعرف وزنها، وتدرك أن القوة الحقيقية ليست في استخدامها فقط وإنما في امتلاكها والقدرة على استخدامها عندما تقتضي الضرورة.

وفي المقابل أثبتت الرياض أن الدبلوماسية ليست بديلاً عن القوة بل إحدى أدواتها فقد أكدت القيادة السعودية مراراً أن الحلول السياسية والدبلوماسية المستدامة هي الطريق إلى استقرار المنطقة بالتوازي مع حماية الأمن والمصالح الوطنية
وهنا تكمن خصوصية الدور السعودي، قوة لا تبحث عن الفوضى وحكمةٌ لا تعني الضعف، ودبلوماسية لا تلغي الردع.

ومع التحولات المتسارعة في الشرق الأوسط باتت السعودية طرفاً محورياً في ملفات الأمن والاستقرار والاقتصاد والطاقة والممرات البحرية، كما أن موقعها الاستراتيجي بين آسيا وأوروبا وأفريقيا وثقلها الاقتصادي يجعلان استقرار المملكة عاملاً مؤثراً في استقرار المنطقة والعالم.
أما من يراهن على إنهاك المملكة أو دفعها إلى معارك تستنزفها فعليه أن يقرأ تاريخها جيداً. السعودية لا تحتاج إلى رفع صوتها كي تثبت حضورها، يكفي أن تتحرك الدولة بثقلها حتى تتغير حسابات الإقليم.
هذه هي السعودية اليوم دولة تحمي حدودها تصون مصالحها تدافع عن أمن المنطقة وتستخدم الدبلوماسية حين تحقق أهدافها والقوة حين تفرض الضرورة ذلك.

وفي الشرق الأوسط المضطرب تبقى المملكة رقماً صعباً؛ لأن الدول الكبرى لا تُعرف فقط بما تملك من قوة بل بقدرتها على إدارة القوة بحكمة.

Conversely, Riyadh has proven that diplomacy is not a substitute for power but one of its tools. The Saudi leadership has repeatedly affirmed that sustainable political and diplomatic solutions are the path to regional stability, alongside protecting security and national interests.
Here lies the uniqueness of the Saudi role: a power that does not seek chaos, wisdom that does not equate to weakness, and diplomacy that does not negate deterrence.

With the rapid transformations in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia has become a pivotal player in security, stability, economy, energy, and maritime corridors. Its strategic location between Asia, Europe, and Africa, along with its economic weight, makes the stability of the Kingdom a significant factor in the stability of the region and the world.
Those who bet on exhausting the Kingdom or pushing it into draining battles should read its history well. Saudi Arabia does not need to raise its voice to assert its presence; it is enough for the state to act with its weight for regional calculations to change.
This is Saudi Arabia today: a state that protects its borders, preserves its interests, defends the security of the region, and uses diplomacy when it achieves its goals and power when necessity dictates.
