ناقشت الجمعية العمومية لجمعية مراكز الأحياء بمنطقة مكة المكرمة تطوير أعمالها وبرامجها وتعزيز استدامتها، خلال اجتماعها الثاني الذي ترأسه محافظ جدة الأمير سعود بن عبدالله بن جلوي، اليوم، عبر الاتصال المرئي.
وشهد الاجتماع حضور عضو مجلس الإدارة مساعد بن عبدالعزيز الداود، وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة والجمعية العمومية، إلى جانب الرئيس التنفيذي للجمعية الدكتور عبدالله بن علي آل دربة.
واستعرض الاجتماع تقرير مجلس الإدارة حول أعمال الجمعية، وما شهدته برامجها ومشروعاتها في مراكز الأحياء بالمنطقة من تطورات، إلى جانب أبرز نتائجها في دعم التنمية الاجتماعية والإسهام في تحسين جودة الحياة.
وأقرت الجمعية العمومية عددًا من القرارات التنظيمية، شملت تعديل اللائحة الأساسية، واعتماد مقترح العضويات، وتحديث أهداف الجمعية، بما يدعم تطوير منظومة العمل وتعزيز الحوكمة والاستدامة المالية، ويسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء وتحقيق مستهدفات الجمعية التنموية.
وثمّن محافظ جدة جهود أعضاء مجلس الإدارة والجمعية العمومية ومنسوبي الجمعية، مؤكدًا أهمية مواصلة تطوير البرامج والمبادرات وتعزيز دور الجمعية في خدمة المجتمع والإسهام في التنمية الاجتماعية بمنطقة مكة المكرمة.
The General Assembly of the Neighborhood Centers Association in the Makkah Region discussed the development of its operations and programs and enhancing its sustainability during its second meeting, chaired by the Governor of Jeddah, Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, today via video conference.
The meeting was attended by Board Member Musaad bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood, members of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly, in addition to the Association's CEO, Dr. Abdullah bin Ali Al-Durba.
The meeting reviewed the Board of Directors' report on the Association's activities, the developments in its programs and projects in the neighborhood centers in the region, as well as its key results in supporting social development and contributing to improving the quality of life.
The General Assembly approved several organizational decisions, including amending the bylaws, adopting the membership proposal, and updating the Association's goals, all of which support the development of the work system, enhance governance and financial sustainability, and contribute to improving performance efficiency and achieving the Association's developmental targets.
The Governor of Jeddah praised the efforts of the Board members, the General Assembly, and the Association's staff, emphasizing the importance of continuing to develop programs and initiatives and enhancing the Association's role in serving the community and contributing to social development in the Makkah Region.
