في واحدة من أوسع العمليات الأمنية المنسقة، شنت سلطات إنفاذ القانون في خمس دول أوروبية حملة مداهمات واسعة النطاق استهدفت تفكيك شبكة إجرامية متخصصة في إنتاج وتوزيع تسجيلات موسيقية تروج للأيديولوجيا النازية والعنصرية وخطاب الكراهية.

وشارك أكثر من 394 عنصراً من الشرطة والقوات الخاصة في تنفيذ التفتيش والتفتيش المقابل داخل ألمانيا، وإستونيا، وإيطاليا، وبولندا، وجمهورية التشيك، وذلك بإشراف وتنسيق مباشر من وكالة التعاون القضائي الأوروبية «يوروجست»، التي أدارت غرفة عمليات مركزية لتبادل المعلومات والبيانات الأمنية في الوقت الفعلي.

وتركزت الشبهات حول أربعة متهمين رئيسيين أداروا تنظيماً ممتداً منذ عام 2020 على أقل تقدير، بهيكل منظم وتقسيم دقيق للأدوار، بهدف إنتاج ونشر مواد صوتية تحرض على الكراهية. وصادرت القوات الأمنية خلال الاقتحامات صناديق وأقراصاً مدمجة وأسطوانات من الفينيل تُظهر محتوى تحريضياً.

ورغم اتساع نطاق المداهمات التي شملت عقارات ومنازل لأشخاص مقربين من المشتبه بهم، أكدت السلطات القضائية أن التحقيقات لا تزال جارية لمعرفة أبعاد الأنشطة التمويلية والتوزيعية، مع الإبقاء على قرينة البراءة حتى صدور القرارات القضائية النهائية.

In one of the largest coordinated security operations, law enforcement authorities in five European countries launched a wide-ranging raid campaign aimed at dismantling a criminal network specialized in producing and distributing music recordings that promote Nazi ideology, racism, and hate speech.

More than 394 police and special forces personnel participated in the execution of searches and corresponding inspections within Germany, Estonia, Italy, Poland, and the Czech Republic, under the direct supervision and coordination of the European Judicial Cooperation Agency "Eurojust," which managed a central operations room for the real-time exchange of information and security data.

The suspicions focused on four main defendants who have been managing an extensive organization since at least 2020, with an organized structure and precise division of roles, aimed at producing and disseminating audio materials that incite hatred. During the raids, security forces seized boxes, CDs, and vinyl records showing inciting content.

Despite the extensive nature of the raids, which included properties and homes of individuals close to the suspects, judicial authorities confirmed that investigations are still ongoing to determine the scope of the financing and distribution activities, while maintaining the presumption of innocence until final judicial decisions are issued.
