بدأ الموقف عندما اقترب طفل صغير من الفنان المصري داخل المسجد الحرام ملتمساً التقاط صورة تذكارية معه، إلا أن المفارقة كانت عدم امتلاك الصغير لهاتف محمول في تلك اللحظة. ولم يتردد النجم المصري في التقاط الصورة بهاتفه الخاص، قبل أن ينشرها عبر حسابه الرسمي على منصة «X» في محاولة للوصول إلى أسرته.

وعلّق رامز على الصورة بكلمات مؤثرة قائلاً: «الطفل المجهول أبو ضحكة جنان.. طلب مني نتصور بس مكانش معاه موبايل، يا رب الصورة توصله»، ليتداول الرواد المنشور بكثافة أملاً في تحويل التغريدة إلى ذكرى موثقة لدى الطفل وأسرته.

وتدور فكرة الفيلم حول طفل كثير المشاغبة يتناول عقاراً غامضاً يحوله فجأة إلى رجل بالغ (يجسده رامز جلال)، ليدخل في سلسلة من المفارقات الكوميدية والمواقف المعقدة نتيجة عدم معرفة المقربين به، مطعمة بخط درامي حول «طاقية الإخفاء» وعلاقة عاطفية تجمع البطلين وسط نخبة من نجوم الكوميديا.
