فيما أصدر الجيش الإسرائيلي أوامر إخلاء فورية لسكان مدينة صور والأحياء المحيطة بها في جنوب لبنان، أكد مسؤولون إسرائيليون، اليوم (الأحد)، أن الغارات الجوية على الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت جاءت رداً على الهجوم الصاروخي الأخير الذي نفذه «حزب الله».

ونقل موقع «أكسيوس» عن مسؤولين إسرائيليين قولهم إن الغارة الجوية على الضاحية الجنوبية جاءت رداً على هجوم «حزب الله» الأخير بالصواريخ.

وقال مسؤول أمريكي ومصدران مطلعان للموقع إن إسرائيل أبلغت إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب قبل تنفيذ الغارة على الضاحية الجنوبية، مبينين أنها أبلغت الإدارة الأمريكية بأن استمرار هجمات «حزب الله» يمنحها الحق في استهداف بيروت.

وأعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي شن غارات على الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت، مستهدفاً ما زعم أنها مراكز قيادة تابعة لـ«حزب الله» في الضاحية.

وقال رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو ووزير الدفاع يسرائيل كاتس، في بيان مشترك، إن الجيش الإسرائيلي شن اليوم هجوماً على الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت، مبينين أن الضربات استهدفت مقراً لـ«حزب الله».

واعتبر نتنياهو وكاتس أن الهجوم جاء رداً على «إطلاق حزب الله صواريخ على إسرائيل».

وأعلنت إسرائيل شن غارة على الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت، اليوم (الأحد)، بعد أيام من تحفظات أبداها الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، الذي أوقف هجمات وصفها بأنها كانت وشيكة على العاصمة اللبنانية.

ورغم تحرك الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب ومكالمته الحادة مع رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو على خلفية التصعيد في لبنان، فإن حكومة نتنياهو نفذت غارة على الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت، كما أصدرت أوامر إخلاء فورية لمدينة صور، رابع أكبر مدن لبنان.

وكان الجيش الإسرائيلي قد أعلن في وقت سابق اليوم اعتراض صاروخين أُطلقا من لبنان باتجاه الجليل الأعلى، فيما قالت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية إنها رصدت إطلاق صواريخ من لبنان باتجاه الجليل الأعلى، في أول هجوم من نوعه منذ إعلان وقف إطلاق النار الجديد بين لبنان وإسرائيل.

An American official and two sources familiar with the matter told the site that Israel informed the administration of President Donald Trump before carrying out the airstrike on the southern suburbs, indicating that it informed the U.S. administration that the continued attacks by Hezbollah gave it the right to target Beirut.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz stated in a joint statement that the Israeli army launched an attack today on the southern suburbs of Beirut, indicating that the strikes targeted a headquarters of "Hezbollah."

Netanyahu and Katz considered the attack a response to "Hezbollah firing rockets at Israel."

The Israeli army had earlier announced today that it intercepted two rockets launched from Lebanon towards the Upper Galilee, while Israeli media reported that it detected rocket launches from Lebanon towards the Upper Galilee, marking the first attack of its kind since the announcement of the new ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel.
