في الخطاب الملكي الذي ألقاه سمو سيدي ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان -حفظه الله- نيابة عن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، أمام مجلس الشورى، توقفت عند حديث سموه عن الرؤية، تحديدًا عن السنوات العشر لرؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 التي تختصر قصة عقد كامل، عشر سنوات مرت منذ انطلاق الرؤية، حملت معها مشروعًا وطنيًا واسعًا، بدأ بالطموح، ثم انتقل إلى العمل، واليوم تقف أرقامه شاهدًا على مسيرة تحوّل تمس الاقتصاد والمجتمع وجودة الحياة ومستقبل الإنسان السعودي.

أجمل ما في الأرقام أنها حين تأتي من خطاب القيادة تصبح أكثر من نسب ومؤشرات؛ تصبح حكاية وطن، فقد حققت مؤشرات الأداء لبرامج وإستراتيجيات رؤية 2030 نحو 93% من مستهدفاتها، ونمت الصادرات غير النفطية 155% مقارنة بعام 2016، وارتفعت مساهمة القطاع الخاص في الاقتصاد إلى 51%. أرقام تعكس اتساع قاعدة الاقتصاد وتنوع روافده وتنامي دور القطاع الخاص في صناعة فرص المستقبل.

وحين أتأمل هذه الرحلة، أجد أن التحوّل الحقيقي يظهر في اليوميات التي نعيشها، في الخدمات الرقمية التي اختصرت الوقت، وفي المدن التي تتغيّر ملامحها، وفي السياحة والثقافة والرياضة والترفيه، وفي بيئة الاستثمار التي فتحت مساحات جديدة أمام روّاد الأعمال والمستثمرين، لقد أصبحت جودة الحياة جزءًا أساسيًا من قصة التنمية، وأصبح الإنسان محورًا حاضرًا في كثير من برامجها ومشروعاتها.

ولعل المشهد الرقمي يقدّم واحدًا من أوضح نماذج التحوّل، المملكة تتصدّر عالميًا مؤشر الجاهزية الرقمية، كما تتصدّر مؤشر تنمية الاتصالات والتقنية ومؤشر الأمن السيبراني، وتأتي في المرتبة الثانية عالميًا في مؤشر نضج الحكومات الرقمية، وفق ما ورد في الخطاب الملكي. وفي يونيو 2026 حافظت المملكة للعام الثالث على التوالي على المرتبة الأولى عالميًا في مؤشر الأمن السيبراني ضمن الكتاب السنوي للتنافسية العالمية الصادر عن المعهد الدولي للتنمية الإدارية.

وهنا أتذكر أن الرؤية منذ بدايتها حملت فكرة أعمق من تغيير الأرقام؛ فكرة أن يمتلك الوطن أدواته للمستقبل، وأن تتحوّل قدراته البشرية والتقنية والاقتصادية إلى قوة مستدامة، وأيضا دخول الذكاء الاصطناعي مساحة جديدة من هذه الرحلة، بعد أن اختارت المملكة عام 2026 عامًا للذكاء الاصطناعي، مع توجه واضح نحو تطوير تطبيقاته وحلوله، ورفع الإنتاجية، وتحسين الخدمات، وتدريب الكفاءات السعودية.

وعندما يصل وطن إلى قائمة أكبر عشر دول عالميًا في جاذبية الاستثمار التعديني، ويتقدّم في المؤشرات الرقمية، وتتسع صادراته غير النفطية، ويزداد حضور القطاع الخاص، فإن الصورة تصبح أوسع من مشروع اقتصادي؛ إنها صورة وطن يعيد اكتشاف إمكاناته ويستثمرها في صناعة مستقبله.

عشر سنوات حافلة فعلًا، والأهم أن هذه السنوات صنعت أساسًا لمرحلة جديدة؛ فالرؤية التي بدأت عام 2016 تدخل عامها العاشر بأرقام وتجارب ومشروعات، فيما يبقى الإنسان السعودي في قلب الحكاية، فهو الذي يعمل، ويتعلم، ويبتكر، ويصنع أثره في وطن يتغير أمام عينيه.

ختامًا.. عشر سنوات من رؤية 2030.. عشر سنوات اختصرها الطموح، سبقت الزمن وترجمها العمل، وتحكي أرقامها قصة وطن يعرف أين يريد أن يصل.

Ten years have passed since the launch of the vision, carrying with it a broad national project that began with ambition, then transitioned to action, and today its figures stand as a testament to a transformative journey that touches the economy, society, quality of life, and the future of the Saudi individual.

The most beautiful thing about the numbers is that when they come from a leadership speech, they become more than just ratios and indicators; they become the tale of a nation. The performance indicators for the programs and strategies of Vision 2030 have achieved about 93% of their targets, non-oil exports have grown by 155% compared to 2016, and the private sector's contribution to the economy has risen to 51%. These figures reflect the expansion of the economic base, the diversification of its sources, and the growing role of the private sector in creating future opportunities.

As I reflect on this journey, I find that the real transformation is evident in the daily lives we experience, in the digital services that have saved time, in the cities whose features are changing, in tourism, culture, sports, and entertainment, and in the investment environment that has opened new spaces for entrepreneurs and investors. Quality of life has become an essential part of the development story, and the individual has become a central figure in many of its programs and projects.

Perhaps the digital scene presents one of the clearest models of transformation. The Kingdom leads globally in the digital readiness index, as well as in the communications and technology development index and the cybersecurity index. It ranks second globally in the digital government maturity index, according to what was mentioned in the royal speech. In June 2026, the Kingdom maintained its position as the world's top country in the cybersecurity index for the third consecutive year, according to the annual Global Competitiveness Report issued by the International Institute for Management Development.

Here, I remember that the vision, since its inception, carried a deeper idea than just changing numbers; the idea that the nation should possess its tools for the future, and that its human, technical, and economic capabilities should transform into a sustainable power. Additionally, artificial intelligence has entered a new space in this journey, after the Kingdom designated 2026 as the Year of Artificial Intelligence, with a clear direction towards developing its applications and solutions, enhancing productivity, improving services, and training Saudi talents.

When a nation reaches the list of the top ten countries globally in the attractiveness of mining investment, advances in digital indicators, expands its non-oil exports, and increases the presence of the private sector, the picture becomes broader than just an economic project; it is the image of a nation rediscovering its potential and investing it in shaping its future.

Ten years have indeed been eventful, and the most important thing is that these years have laid the foundation for a new phase; the vision that began in 2016 enters its tenth year with figures, experiences, and projects, while the Saudi individual remains at the heart of the story, as he works, learns, innovates, and makes his impact in a nation that is changing before his eyes.

In conclusion.. ten years of Vision 2030.. ten years summarized by ambition, ahead of time, translated by action, and its numbers tell the story of a nation that knows where it wants to go.
