ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية القبض على ملحن معروف، لم تُكشف هويته رسميًا، داخل أحد التجمعات السكنية بالقاهرة الجديدة، بعد أن أشارت التحريات إلى حيازته مواد يُشتبه في كونها مخدرة.

وبعد ضبطه وبحوزته كمية من مسحوق يُشتبه في كونه مخدر الكوكايين، جرى التحفُّظ على المضبوطات وإحالته إلى جهات التحقيق، فيما باشرت جهات التحقيق المختصة إجراءاتها لكشف ملابسات الواقعة. ووفق ما ورد في التحقيقات الأولية، تضمنت المضبوطات 60 كيسًا من الكوكايين، فيما نُسب إلى المتهم إقراره بحيازة المواد المخدرة بقصد التعاطي والاتجار.

وأمرت جهات التحقيق بإرسال عينات من المضبوطات إلى مصلحة الطب الشرعي لفحصها والتأكد من طبيعتها، وبيان مدى مطابقتها للمادة المخدرة محل الاتهام، كما قررت حبس المتهم على ذمة التحقيقات في القضية.

ويُعرف الملحن بتعاونه سابقًا مع عدد من المطربين المصريين والعرب، وتقديمه ألحانًا لأعمال غنائية حققت حضورًا جماهيريًا، ما أضفى على الواقعة اهتمامًا داخل الوسط الفني.

وتأتي القضية في إطار الحملات الأمنية المستمرة في مصر لمواجهة جرائم الاتجار في المواد المخدرة وحيازتها، إذ تُحال الوقائع التي يشتبه في ارتباطها بهذه الجرائم إلى جهات التحقيق المختصة لاتخاذ ما يلزم قانونًا.

ولا تزال التحقيقات جارية للوقوف على جميع تفاصيل الواقعة، فيما يظل المتهم متمتعًا بقرينة البراءة إلى حين صدور حكم قضائي نهائي.

The Egyptian security forces arrested a well-known composer, whose identity has not been officially revealed, inside a residential compound in New Cairo, after investigations indicated that he was in possession of substances suspected to be narcotic.

After his arrest, he was found with a quantity of powder suspected to be cocaine. The seized items were retained, and he was referred to the investigative authorities, while the relevant investigative bodies began their procedures to uncover the circumstances of the incident. According to initial investigations, the seized items included 60 bags of cocaine, and the accused reportedly admitted to possessing the narcotic substances for the purpose of use and trafficking.

The investigative authorities ordered samples of the seized items to be sent to the Forensic Medicine Authority for examination and to verify their nature, as well as to determine their compliance with the narcotic substance in question. They also decided to detain the accused pending investigations in the case.

The composer is known for his previous collaborations with several Egyptian and Arab singers, providing melodies for musical works that achieved significant public presence, which has added interest to the incident within the artistic community.

This case comes as part of the ongoing security campaigns in Egypt to combat drug trafficking and possession crimes, as incidents suspected to be related to these crimes are referred to the relevant investigative authorities for necessary legal action.

Investigations are still ongoing to uncover all the details of the incident, while the accused remains presumed innocent until a final judicial ruling is issued.
