احتسب حكم المباراة ركلة جزاء لأتلتيكو مدريد وطرد لمدافع الريال دين هويسن في الدقيقة 49، بسبب منعه للاعب جوليانو سيميوني، نجل مدرب أتلتيكو مدريد دييغو سيميوني، من الانفراد بالحارس تيبو كورتوا.
وترجم أليخاندرو غريمالدو ركلة الجزاء إلى هدف للروخي بلاكوس في الدقيقة 53، بعدما سدد كرة أرضية على يمين تيبو كورتوا.
وبعدها بست دقائق فقط، أضاف جوناثان ديفيد الهدف الثاني لأتلتيكو مدريد، بعد عرضية أرضية أرسلها جوليانو سيميوني من الجبهة اليمنى داخل منطقة الجزاء، قابلها اللاعب بتسديدة سهلة في الشباك.
روديغر يقلص الفارق
وقلص الألماني أنطونيو روديغر النتيجة لصالح ريال مدريد في الدقيقة 89 بضربة رأس قوية، لكن الوقت لم يُسعف «الميرنغي» لإدارك التعادل.
ترتيب الفريقين
بهذه النتيجة، تقدم أتلتيكو مدريد إلى المركز الثاني في جدول ترتيب الليغا برصيد 16 نقطة، متأخراً بخمس نقاط عن برشلونة المتصدر، بينما تراجع ريال مدريد إلى المركز الرابع بـ15 نقطة.

Two Goals for Atletico in 6 Minutes
The referee awarded a penalty to Atletico Madrid and sent off Real Madrid defender Dean Huysen in the 49th minute for preventing player Giuliano Simeone, the son of Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone, from breaking through to goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
Alejandro Grimaldo converted the penalty into a goal for the Rojiblancos in the 53rd minute, after he shot a ground ball to the right of Thibaut Courtois.
Just six minutes later, Jonathan David added the second goal for Atletico Madrid, after a low cross sent by Giuliano Simeone from the right flank into the penalty area, which the player met with an easy shot into the net.
Rüdiger Reduces the Gap
German Antonio Rüdiger reduced the score for Real Madrid in the 89th minute with a powerful header, but time did not allow the "Merengues" to equalize.
Team Standings
With this result, Atletico Madrid moved up to second place in the La Liga standings with 16 points, five points behind the leading Barcelona, while Real Madrid dropped to fourth place with 15 points.
